Welcome to your home away from home! Perfect place for work and play. Close to downtown and easy access from I-40. This newly constructed, stylish townhome boasts the perfect blend of modern comfort and city charm. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway, business trip, or extended stay, you’ll love what this townhome has to offer...minutes to restaurants, breweries, and entertainment hotspots.

This 2600 square foot townhome can house your family or friends with a large open concept living space, gourmet kitchen and expansive dining space. Sprawl out and enjoy the electric fireplace or enjoy the view from the rooftop terrace! Whether you are here for work or play, our space is designed for classy comfort!

You have access to the entire 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome. Choose to access the space from the front with street parking or in the rear where you have garage access!

Our space is perfectly situated to view the dazzling downtown. However, this means that our main living area is located on the third floor. The bedrooms are on the fourth floor and the rooftop is on the fifth floor. There are a lot of stairs and no elevator access. But the view is great at the top! You will hear the traffic of cars, trains and construction at times.

This condo is fantastic! Just as described but we were still amazed at how roomy, comfortable, clean, and well stocked it was. Nice rooftop area too! We would definitely stay here again!

The entire house was equipped with everything one would need. The property was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. First Vrbo experience and I loved every minute. The host was responsive and great at communicating. The extra local and restaurant recommendations were nice too have. If in the area again, would definitely do a repeat stay.

The property is beautifully decorated with all the modern conveniences, including an air fryer for your leftovers. Less than 10 minutes from the convention center, it was perfect for our conference trip. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a slight maintenance issue, and it was addressed promptly. I would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful place! All the essentials and more to enjoy! Immaculate, super well stocked, decorated so beautifully. We loved it and even enjoyed the rooftop deck during a sunny afternoon. Katheryn our host was quick to respond and made check in and out super easy. Came to visit our son at NC State for Easter weekend and made for a fantastic time. Highly recommend! My daughter and I do GalaxyCon every year in Raleigh. This year we rented this place and it was a very good experience. The location was only 7 minutes from the Convention center. The house was impeccably clean and very beautiful. A LOT of stairs, so please don't rent this if you have trouble up and down stairs. Unfortunately, it rained the entire time we were there, so we didn't get to experience the roof seating, but it looked nice. There was some noise from neighbors but not horrific. Pretty quiet overall. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked, which I appreciated the most. The communication was excellent! Kathyrn responded promptly to everything. Her detail on where to park and GPS was excellent as well. I appreciated that. Overall, my daughter and I loved staying here!

Zero noise, amazing open plan living space, nice clean bathrooms & washer/dryer. Great restraunts. Perfect place for my wife and two sons 21&16. We were right down street from the wedding venue for my 25yo son. The rooftop sitting area was great too. Very compfortable

I don’t know where to start…Everything about this stay was perfect. Directions to the house and how to get in were clear. Amazing communication. The house was immaculate. The sofas so comfortable, plenty of seating for a family dinner, kitchen FULLY stocked with everything you could need. The bedrooms were beautiful and so comfortable. Whoever is keeping the house clean is doing an amazing job. We would recommend this unit over and over again.

We had a fantastic stay at this sophisticated escape in downtown Raleigh. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Katheryn was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, making check-in and communication seamless.We especially loved the rooftop deck. You can hear live music play from downtown Raleigh, and the city sunset was a great way to end the evening. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge.Highly recommend this VRBO for anyone looking to stay in the area. We would absolutely return!

Gorgeous recovery

In town for a graduation and recovering from surgery. I wanted to stay longer. Definitely will be back. Walking distance to downtown. And definitely slot of stairs but worth the view from the rooftop. Spent my morning soaking in the sun.The neighbor is changing so I did get approached by a homeless man who I shared a conversation and provided a meal.

I completely underestimated how wonderful this property was going to be. My whole family enjoyed it as well. My only thing I would like to add that if you have bad knees this is probably not your spot. Lots of stairs! Thank you Kathryn for such an enjoyable place to stay!
