Come stay in our cozy, peaceful studio condo and experience the great outdoors of Mammoth Lakes! Our downstairs unit has comfy seating, and sleeps up to 4 with a queen size bed and a queen sleeper sofa. With a fully remodeled kitchen, bathroom and living area, it has all the comforts of home. Two parking spots are available. We offer multi-day deals during the off-season. This is a non-smoking, non-pet unit. Free WIFI available. No cable. We offer an Amazon Firestick for internet TV. Mammoth Lakes Certified Property #TOML-CPAN-10762

Mountain Shadows is well maintained and quiet. It has three (3) spas, a swimming pool, and two(2) laundry rooms. BBQ pits are available during the summer. The Green-line shuttle stops in front of the complex at stop #43. The Green-line drops off at the Eagle Lodge, the least busiest of all the lodges. Area shops, restaurants, bars, theaters, Miniature Golf, and Vons are just a short walk away. Note: During Winter months the exterior of the condo will be blocked with plywood panels to keep the deck and wood pile snow free and to protect the windows. This will limit the amount of natural light.

Clean, comfortable space in a great location with very easy check-in and check-out. We had a great stay and would recommend it. Just a small heads up that the balcony isn’t very usable during the winter months—but overall, everything else was excellent.

The Pros: Good location. WiFi. Comfy bed. Easy keyless entry/exit. Fluffy towels. Hair Dryer (I forgot mine!). Host was quick to respond to any questions I had. Priced appropriately.The N/As: Didn't use the fireplace but would be nice on a winter night. Didn't watch TV.The Cons: Bathroom rugs didn't really fit or seem particularly clean. Kitchen supplies could be better (limited dish towels, no flat pan, mish-mash of utensils & glasses, etc.). Pictures need improvement in general, and accuracy (e.g. the coffee maker was not the pod kind).FYI: No closet or anywhere to hang stuff (except small coat hanger by the door). This was not a problem for me with a hike stay, but would not work for me for a ski stay for that reason.Overall: A solid 4 for the price. Would stay here again for a hike trip.

As this is a studio condo, the kitchen is equipped with the essentials for preparing and enjoying meals, although we understand that individual preferences may vary. While there is no traditional closet, we do provide a storage and hanging rack near the entrance for clothing and other belongings. The type of coffee maker is also identified in our published amenities. We're glad you enjoyed your hiking getaway and, most importantly, that you would consider staying with us again. We would be happy to welcome you back on your next visit to Mammoth!

Comfortable and Quiet Stay

My husband and I stayed here for a work trip for me and everything was perfect. We were able to walk to restaurants and breweries in my down time and the property was quiet and easy. I would definitely stay again!
