Small, but good for what it is
We booked this last minute, so didn't have many choices for a place right by the beach/boardwalk. The pictures are accurate, and it is indeed about a block from the boardwalk. The space is new, clean, and functional, albeit small, but you can tell this from the pictures. I have no complaints about that, as it is exactly what the listing and pictures say. The toilet is very awkward to sit on as it is super close to the wall in front of it, but it is usable, although I would guess it would be difficult for someone tall unless they sat sideways.
Note that the only time you can check in is from 12-4, so not very flexible for long travel days, but this is likely due to the management company, not the owners. I also wish we would have known what a walk there was from the boardwalk to the actual beach. It's a jaunt. Not terrible, but certainly not something I expected.
Overall, we were happy, we just wish we would have known about the strict check-in times and the long walk from the boardwalk to the beach. :)
