Escape to Your Mountain Town Getaway, a cozy retreat nestled in the heart of Mammoth Lakes. This charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental is perfect for couples or solo adventurers. Enjoy modern comforts like air conditioning, high-speed wireless internet, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove. Whether you're here to hit the slopes or simply unwind, this home offers a warm, inviting base for all your mountain adventures. Book your stay and experience the magic of the mountains!
Kitchen: The kitchen has a full size fridge, microwave, 2 burner electric cooktop, drip coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, pots and pans, utensils, plates, cups, bowls. The kitchen provides all essentials needing for making meals in the apartment. Dining area seats 4 people and is adjacent to windows to enjoy the view of Old Mammoth Rd.
Living Room: Living room boasts a couch that can fold out into a full bed for extra sleeping space (linens provided). Boot trays are provided for ski boots, hiking boots. Smart TV w/ Roku.
Bedroom: Bedroom has a queen bed (all linens provided), dresser, large windows (with blackout curtains), sleeping sound machine, closet with hangers, and Smart TV w/ Roku.
Bathroom: Bathroom has a tub/shower, toilet, single sink.
Parking: Parking is free and for 1 car only. The parking is immediately outside the apartment in the parking lot.
Gear Storage: Ski and snowboard locker is available on the front porch.
Noise: Snowplows will be plowing both sides of the building when needed during day or night (during storms). Noise potential from other guests.
Internet: Internet connectivity and wifi is not guaranteed due to provider and mountain weather.
Transportation: Free year-round town shuttle stop (red Line) is 1/2 block away. Shuttle takes you to the Village and Main Lodge or you can transfer lines and go to Canyon Lodge. Eagle Lodge seasonal shuttle picks up/drops off across the street.
Location: Restaurants are next door and more within walking distance. Vons grocery store is 5 minutes walk. Eagle Lodge- 5 min drive, Main Lodge 13 min.
Cameras are located on the walkways and garages to monitor snow load.

My husband and I remodeled our building in Mammoth Lakes so that we can share the awesomeness of Mammoth with everyone. We try our best to get our kids outside on adventures as much as possible!
