Very nice space and accommodating. Lack of AC for the space made it warm in the house. Host was easy to communicate with and made check in/out simple and easy.

Thank You for staying with us. There is AC in the house with instructions. There are also large tower fans all over the house. Southern California was under an extreme heat wave during your stay. If there were any issues we never heard anything from you.

This property is highly recommended if you plan on visiting Los Angeles, especially the South Bay area. The property was clean, quiet and safe neighborhood, convenient parking, easy access, well appointed interior, and easy access to all necessities in the area such as shopping, grocery, touring, beaches, recreation and ease of getting to all points of travel..not mentioning the infamous LA Freeways.Overall, a 10 Star VRBO.Host was easy and timely to responses and gave clear instructions for stay.Next time we visit LA, this will be our choice to stay!Frederick

The house was very nice - as advertised. Very spacious and comfortable. We had 2 adolescent girls in the upstairs room and we stayed in the master bedroom downstairs. Each with our own bathrooms. It was very nice that each group had their own private space but we had common space as well. Much much better than renting 2 hotel rooms. We were able to eat meals together and play games in the dining living area. Beyond this, the location was very convenient, parking was safe and easy, and we were able to do laundry as well. Perfect stay!!

The property was very clean and nice. Well stocked for all you would need to enjoy meals there. Also, a few other supplies you would need on a daily basis! Many restaurants near by as well

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for me and my husband and our two kids. It was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Location was perfect! Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely home as advertised. The owners are great to work with and have great communication with their guests . We enjoyed our second stay at this property and will rent again when we are back in town.

Great large home, it was clean and spacious. The house is so close to grocery stores, restaurants, shop that you can even walk to them. I highly recommend this house who is looking to stay in the South Bay. I would definitely stay here again, and the host is super nice and easy to communicate with.

I was in town to meet my grand daughter and my two daughters and grandson stayed with me. The kitchen was well stocked and this was so helpful. I made several meals from my son and daughter-in-law and we enjoyed the back yard while they visited. We also enjoyed a walk in Columbia Park.

Great little house in Torrence

Our family of four spent a week here for Spring Break. The location was great. The house was very well stocked. We had plenty of space to relax. Communication with the owner was simple and quick. It's kind of a funky old house, but we liked it. I would totally recommend this listing.

Great Torrance Stay

We had a great stay in this comfortable home while visiting Torrance for work. Everything was perfect and the house was clean and just like it was advertised. We were close to all the places we wanted to visit such as Del Amo Shopping Center and the Redondo Beach Pier. The host's communications were great so we know what to expect. We will definitely book again when we are back in Torrance.

Winter storm week and home did not have central heating.Home had small space heaters with a warning not to use too many of them because you could blow a fuse. Some space heaters were on electric timers. A lot of work just to keep warm.

CONS: NO AIR CONDITIONER!!! Listing stated air conditioner, there was a thermostat but adjusting it did not bring on any AC. When I asked the host how to turn it on, they stated that they get the ocean breeze and the house stays cool and there were tower fans to help. When we arrived to check in, the house was uncomfortably warm. Upstairs bedroom really never cooled off. The tower fans need cleaned there is dust all over the vents. "The back door is extremely hard to open and the door to the garage from the kitchen can't be closed all the way or it will pull the hinges off the frame." All this was communicated after booking.PROS: Nice location, felt safe. Conveniently located to restaurants, gas and groceries. Easy on/off expressways to LA and Anaheim. Price was very reasonable. Home was clean for the most part. Easy check in process, key code communicated prior to arrival.

This has been a family property for over 30 years. It's a good quiet & safe neighborhood. You might see kids playing soccer in the park, riding bikes, & friendly people walking their dogs or just going for a stroll. It's right at the border of Redondo Beach, a straight shot West down 190th St. & you land right in between Redondo & Hermosa Beaches in about 5 minutes!

This is a 2 story home, very open feeling, vaulted ceilings, & a large backyard/outdoor area for you to relax. Just steps to Columbia Park if you want to go for a walk or kids want to play!
