Cozy 2-Bedroom Apartment – Private Entry, Full Kitchen & Bath

Welcome to our peaceful and private 2-bedroom apartment located on the first floor of a two-family home. This unit is completely separate from the upstairs living space (where we reside) and has its own private side entrance for your convenience.

🛏️ The Space Includes:
• Two comfortable bedrooms with fresh linens and ample closet space
• A bright, open-concept kitchen and living area – perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals
• A full private bathroom with towels and essentials provided
• High-speed Wi-Fi for remote work or streaming
• Driveway parking on the left side of the house with easy access through the white side gate

We do not share any indoor space – your apartment is fully private. You’ll have the entire downstairs level to yourself.

Please note: I live upstairs with my family, so I’m available if you need anything, but we always respect your privacy.

This is our second stay here. Absolutely love the home and the area. Close to everything you could possibly want to do on long island and in nyc. 10/10 recommend. Will definitely book again

We strongly disagree with this review’s description of our property. The guest completed the full four-night reservation without canceling. After checkout, he sought a full refund through a chargeback, which was reviewed and resolved in our favor on July 14. This review was then posted six days later. Most of the photographs show an exterior utility/trash collection area not the interior guest accommodations and do not accurately represent the condition of the home. Nevertheless, we took the concerns seriously, removed the outdoor items, refreshed the bathroom, and corrected every item pictured. Our other verified reviews, including 10/10 ratings specifically praising the home’s cleanliness, accuracy, communication, and location better reflect the experience we consistently provide. We remain committed to maintaining a clean, comfortable, and accurately represented home for every guest.

This was a nice location. Property ammenities were a bit old, and it was a bit over priced. On occassion you could hear the family upstairs. With that said, the couch and beds were very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. The house was nicely decorated. Very easy check in/out process. Any issue we had, the owners were quick to respond. I would stay again

Perfect quiet getaway

Quiet neighborhood, easy checkin, great communication with host. Very clean apartment close to everything. 10/10 recommend. Will book again for next trip

2 bedroom basement apartment/playroom

The property seems to be the bottom floor/playroom of the property. It does have two bedrooms which were clean but everything was old and outdated. The fireplace had children’s toys lining the front of it and we could not figure out how to light it. It did have a big beautiful television which worked nicely, a kitchen that was nicely stocked however when we looked in the fridge the previous resident (her son) left his takeout food. The backyard is definitely large, has a fire pit and would be a treat for anyone with kids. Every wall in the dining area, living room and hallway obviously had been drawn on by a child in crayon. When we met the owner she was very pleasant and quick to act when we had a problem with our door lock. Overall, the property was perfectly suited for what we needed it for but not quite what we expected for the cost.

To clarify, this is not a basement or a playroom, but a first-floor apartment. The fireplace inside the house was off because it's summer, and we typically don't use it during this season.
