Additional twin size beds can be rolled in to create an extra sleeping space in the living room. Open concept living room and kitchen with all the essentials you'll need for your stay. Snuggle on the couch and watch a movie on the tv or cook a delicious meal in the brand new kitchen. The bathroom has a shower along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We stayed for a week and the place was great and was in a nice neighborhood. As others mentioned this is a basement unit and it is loud when other people are walking around in the unit upstairs but we were not spending much time at the rental so it wasn’t too bad. I appreciated the amenities available that I’ve had to purchase in other rentals such as salt/pepper, coffee filters, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent. The place was clean and well decorated. My daughter slept on the couch and it seemed to be suitable for a teenager. We were able to do laundry which is a huge help on a long trip. We suggest doing small loads. The A/C worked well during a very hot week in the Twin Cities. We generally kept the bedroom door open to keep it cool but the bedroom was comfortable either way. I would stay here again!

Perfect sleep spot

Me and my work colleague had a great time staying here. Lovely location. Easy to access once you have the code. I recommend this spot!

It was great and the host replies to all questions quickly. It was a little loud from the other apartments, but it was not a big deal for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All communication with owner was timely and excellent. Extremely responsive. Unit was a little smaller than what we imagined, but very nicely decorated and in a very convenient location, with easy access to both Minneapolis and St Paul. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend!

The apartment is just as the photos would lead you to believe, accurate, and well stocked. The host are easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

The space itself was beautiful, comfy! Make it your own!! Ample space for pets and guests. Does get hot when the rest of the building needs to warm up, but of course, that is a personal preference. Does have accessible air conditioner. Quick access to laundry. Very, very noisy. A lot of hard walking and front door slamming(there is a sign). Very busy building. Walkway floods when heavy rain. Quiet hours are mostly honored. Staff EXCELLENT!!! Location PERFECT!! Parking CHEF’s KISS!!

The owners/management were efficient and helpful communicating from booking until check out and were a pleasure to work with. The property was spotlessly clean and cozy upon arrival, (super easy check-in, really good water pressure), charming building, and great neighborhood. We had a lovely stay and will be booking again. Air conditioning and humidity

While my stay the unit I was assigned to the air conditioner leaked water everywhere and I was unable to use the cooling system and that created a overwhelming humid and hot apartment the manager and myself agreed to give back a refund and I checked out a week early

We are very sorry about the issue with the air conditioner during your stay. This was a newly installed system and an unknown issue until your stay. It has since been repaired and works perfectly! We would have liked to handle this in a more timely manner but I believe the complaint about the AC was sent directly to VRBO and not to us, so we were unaware there was an issue for days. At that point our HVAC guy stopped by before he needed to head out of town and was told it was fine by your mother. Again, we are sorry for the discomfort and inconvenience this caused during your stay, we do not foresee it being an issue with future guests.
