Very clean, close to Macalester college, excellent communication! It is a basement unit, so you could hear people walking above you. Overall - excellent experience for the price!

Excellent little basement apartment. Everything updated. Hosts were great...helpful and extremely responsive. Very comfortable bed, perfect location with easy access to both St Paul and Mpls. Would definitely stay again.

What a nice property! This private apartment was wonderful and well appointed for visitors like me. I had everything I needed and more. There were thoughtful touches, like snacks, filtered water, and even nice options for coffee. The apartment was very clean and had a very comfortable king bed. Emily was a great communicator and I appreciated that she was proactive and responsive.There are great restaurants within walking distance in this quiet and beautiful neighborhood. I highly recommend Estelle! Well worth the visit!

The host was very accommodating, I was able to check in early with my early flight. The space was very clean and nicely decorated. It is a basement apartment so one is unable to see outside. You must go through the laundry room to get to your door. Because it is a basement, you can hear the activity on the upper floor.

Great place for a quick weekend stay! The location is convenient for walking or biking to restaurants. Quiet neighborhood.My only complaint is the 5:30am folks above us. The apt is in the basement and you can hear walking/thumping. Otherwise the place is great!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very nice, very clean. The neighborhood was good. I felt safe. Brittany was a great host.

Very clean and modern w/new appliances. Traveling as a single mom, we were in a very safe neighborhood. Very close to St. Thomas. Upstairs tenants were incredibly loud. One set of ear plugs provided but I felt like they were bowling at midnight-2am. Frustrating when we specifically chose a house to avoid loud hotel noise. Besides the noise everything else was good. Host was incredibly helpful and kind. Minimal check out chores.

I think it is misleading that the property is not listed as a basement apartment--that information is not provided until after you have reserved and paid. Also the footsteps in the apartment above are audible so it is a bit noisy.

This is a basement apartment below 2 others on the first and second floors of a house. We stayed for a month, so we had time to noticee everything. The unit is extremely clean and appears to have been very recently renovated. The kitchen was functional and fairly well equipped. The bathroom was nice. On the downside, the dehumidifier is VERY loud, and the AC blows right on you when you sit on the only available couch. tBut the Internet was great and Britany was a very responsive and thoughtful hist. The location was great. It's a cute neighborhood.
