Property was perfect! Fully equipped for any length of stay. Loved the river view. Marie was the perfect host! Highly recommend this property.

This was the perfect place to stay for our girls weekend. The place is very cute. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and overlooking the river. Absolutely beautiful and relaxing! We walked the nearby trail, and visited all of the fun shops downtown. Great place to stay in the heart of Park Rapids! Thanks Marie!

The apartment was clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was well stocked. The view of the river was gorgeous. We will definitely return on our next trip to the area.

The space is huge and looks recently updated. The water view was so beautiful and calming. Marie provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a Keurig coffee maker and a goodie basket! We would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we have rented this property both times our expectations were met. Already planning our next trip host is easy to work with everything was very smooth.

Excellent space, truly a full 1 bedroom apartment, literally feet from the water and a private dock. Dog friendly! Well stocked kitchen! Recently updated, clean, organized. On a main road but the apartment doesn't face the road and there is enough insulation that it was very quiet. 1 parking space allotted in the small lot shared with the upstairs business, asked the host when we arrived about other vehicles in our group and she said we were ok to park our additional vehicles in the lot since it was over a weekend and the business wouldn't be utilizing parking spaces. Easy to get comfortable and had everything we needed. Would stay again and if I lived in Park Rapids would make an excellent full-time apartment.

*The property is in a great location - walkable to downtown coffee/ice cream shops - yet not too loud as it faces away from the street. *Check-in and check-out was easy using a lockbox and good directions by the owner. *Very clean property with enough towels and blankets. *already booked another stay!

This apartment was much more spacious than we expected. Loved the river view. It was very quiet despite being on the busy street. Easy walk to downtown. Queen bed was firm. The pull out sofa was comfortable. So nice to have access to a washer and dryer. Easy walk to the park for our dog. Close to the Heartland Trail. Overall very pleased with this apt and would recommend to anyone visiting Park Rapids.

The apartment is charming!! Marie was a great host, easy to reach when we had questions. We found everything we needed and then some. The kitchen is well equipped. There was plenty of bedding, and the fold out sofa was very comfortable. I regret we were not able to do fishing or swimming off of the dock because we were visiting family and busy, but it would’ve been ideal. The location is so pretty and we loved that we could walk into town for coffee, shopping, and food. I had read one review saying that it can be bright if you’re staying in the front area with the fold out couch. So we brought sleeping eye masks and had no problems. It was very quiet. We hope to come back again.

The place is beautiful and the lake right in front of the main entrance creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. As soon as we entered, we were welcomed by two comfortable living rooms that made the home feel warm and inviting. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the utensils we needed, making it feel just like home.The coffee station was a wonderful touch, offering a wide variety of coffee choices along delicious treats that made us feel welcomed. Our communication with the host, Marie was also excellent. From check in to throughout our stay, messaged us to ensure our comfort. The only downside was the bed linens seemed as though they had not been freshly washed, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the house. I hope this can be improved for future guests.Overall, it's a lovely place for vacation.

Thank you for staying with us and for the feedback on your experience. We personally inspect between every stay and can guarantee all linens and towels are freshly washed between each guest. We were not made aware of any smell or dissatisfaction with the linens during communications throughout your stay, but would have been happy to address both had they been brought to our attention.

This is the perfect place to rent in Park Rapids. The host goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. The location is on a river with beautiful views and is also a very easy walk to downtown which has many shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this place and hope to stay again… thank you!
