I booked this property for a coworker who was there for 10 weeks He was more than pleased with the property, location, contact with property owner. It was truly his " home away from home" while he was in a specialized school for work certifications!

This was one of the most amazing stays ever. A cop staying at your place for 2 1/2 months. Even had his family come stay for a couple weeks. It was amazing!! Long stays r welcomed.

The location was amazing for the restaurants and the lakes . Apartment was clean and well stocked . The host was friendly, made sure we had everything we needed , he met us but also left us to our privacy . Peaceful safe neighborhood! Would stay here again!

I stayed here for the Sun’n Fun Expo. It was perfect in every way. I found it very clean, comfortable and quiet. It’s located in a very safe neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There’s also a nice area outside for lounging. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

This property was outstanding – right in the heart of Lakeland and very cozy and comfortable. Stephen was an excellent host and was very attentive to our needs and questions. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the Lakeland area.

We loved our time here. We visit Lakeland often and this is our new favorite place to stay. Very clean and well stocked to make your stay feel like a home away from home.
