5 bdrm home located on 1st hole of Beech Mtn Golf Club. 1.8 miles to ski resort!

Situated on the 1st hole of the Beech Mtn Golf Course and 1.8 miles to Beech Mountain Ski Resort. The large upper deck overlooks the 1st hole with long-range winter views. The home is prefect for an intimate golf retreat or a large group ready to hit the slopes. Main living area offers 3 bedrooms with private en suite bathrooms! The down stairs is perfect for kids! Table Tennis, foosball, and lots of board games. Parking for 7 cars. The home sits directly on the putting green on the 1st hole of Beech Mountain Golf Course to the right with partial views of the 9th hole to the left. All golfers pass by, so the upper deck is an ideal place to watch as golfers try their luck at the first green. There is a small pond within view and is a favorite hangout for the many deer that call the mountain home. Many people make use of the golf cart path as a jogging/walking trail during warmer months. The golf club is open seven days a week from May through October.

This property does not have central A/C which is standard for many homes on the mountain given the relatively cool summers at this elevation. There are box fans located throughout the home, if needed.

As your host, I aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible! My mission is to help my guests create lasting memories. For me to do so, I would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that is has been reviewed WITHIN 72 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, my guest, will have the option of cancelling the booking penalty free. Thank you in advance and I truly appreciate your cooperation! Minimum age requirement is 21 in order to rent this property.

- No Parties - If guests are found to have had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

- DO NOT LEAVE FOOD IN YOUR CAR OR OUTSIDE. Bears are known to open car doors and can trash your car if left unlocked with food inside.

- No Smoking in the house.

- Pets are allowed however please notify in advance to discuss refundable pet deposits.

- Please strip bed linens and place linens and towels in laundry room.

- Rinse all dirty dishes so that they are free of large food particles, place in dishwasher and start.

- Feel free to use the grill but please recover.

- Please acknowledge that I or past guests may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale.
HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

- Do not rearrange the furniture

- Do not disconnect and reconnect cabling from the TV or any other electronic devices.

- Place all trash in receptacles outside. Please ensure bin is completely closed and raise flag so trash can be picked up by the town on garbage day.

- Please ensure that your vehicle is equipped with 4x4 if you are visiting during winter months. The main roads to the property should be maintained however the road the property sits on is not always plowed immediately. It is better that you are prepared for any conditions. If chains for your tires are necessary, they can be purchased at locations in Banner Elk (base of Beech Mountain)

Lastly, because this not a hotel and is also my home when I stay in Beech Mountain, please be respectful of the property and all belongings.
