We had a great visit, this was a wonderful space for our family. Close to everything, and came with passes to all the pools and gyms. Clean, and had everything we needed. Huge bonus being dog friendly and not smelling or looking like a dog friendly house. We were very happy with our stay.

Nice stay

The property is comfortable, in a nice location, and met our needs. My only complaints are that i had to wash the dishes before using them as most of them had food stuck to them, and the bed in the master was very uncomfortable.

Eagle Crest Convenience

Enjoyed our stay while visiting family in the area. Location is convenient for getting around Central Oregon. This two bedroom had every needed and more.

For 6 of the 9 days of our rental we had no AC and heat. We arrived on a Thursday evening. When we arrived it had been a hot day the home was about 5 degrees above a comfortable temperature. It was late so we didn’t try contacting anyone. When we tried turning the thermostat down nothing happened. We opened some upstairs windows and made it through the night as the house cooled down. The next few days were cooler and the AC wasn’t needed. When we got up Sunday it was a cold day and the house was about 67 degrees. And we had a golf reservation and left hoping it would warm up. When we returned it was still cold so I texted the management company. I was surprised that I got a reply asking me to give them more info on what I had tried and what kind of response the heat pump was doing. I’ve had some experience with heat pumps and explained that it was not turning on. I also sent pictures of the thermostat setting per their request. Their response was that it appeared that they would need to get a technician to come a resolve the issue. They ask for permission for someone to enter the house if we were gone. And we agreed. The next day no one came and we heard nothing. The next day I contacted them again and was told to they would send a team member to look at the thermostat. We were then told they would have to schedule a tech for Weds. when we got home that evening we finally had heat. We ask for compensation and were offered 200 for our inconveniences. We were very displeased

Great Location, Super Clean

Loved everything about our stay except that the fireplace wasn’t working. Super clean. Great communication. We hope to stay again soon.

Long weekend

Nice property overall, good amenities, close to dining at the main lodge. High Desert climate, cold but sunny in January. Everything was as described on site, one thing did not realize was a townhome, neighbors dogs barking was frustrating early in the morning but beyond the property owner's control. The "Time lock" on the unit was frustrating, we arrived 15 minutes early and were unable to gain access without a phone call. I just needed a restroom

Comfy beds, good location, nice having a washer and dryer. Well stocked with essentials, but could use a baking sheet. Updated? Not at all. Kitchen and appliances and bathrooms are very dated, carpet is old and stained, deck furniture old, torn (one chair broken) and dirty. A few of the upright 2x2” deck railing pieces are loose at the bottom, which I found out when I swept. Not great for kids… The door to the deck closes with great difficulty, needs to be adjusted. Relatively clean except for picture windows out to the deck, which were filthy. Very easy access so I’m not sure why. Quick response via text when the electronic lock acted up, but I couldn’t contact anyone via their phone messaging system. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this one is tired and worn out. Would not recommend or return.
