Unwind in our cozy bedrooms, fashioned for a tranquil night's rest. Nestle into plush, welcoming beds and awaken refreshed. Accommodating up to 11 guests, including a couch bed in the living area, everyone can relax in comfort during their stay.

Located on the second level of the condominium, this unit boasts its own private balcony complete with seating, providing an ideal outdoor space to soak in the scenery. Overlooking the picturesque bay, guests can unwind amidst the serene backdrop, enjoying tranquil moments and breathtaking views right from the comfort of their own balcony.

Additional outdoor space featuring a grill with a picturesque view of the bay, perfect for barbecues and enjoying meals al fresco. The patio furniture comfortably seats 6, offering a great spot for dining or lounging with friends and family. After a day of exploring, relax in the hot tub, which is shared with other tenants in the condo. This serene outdoor area is ideal for making the most of your stay and soaking up the beautiful waterfront atmosphere. Note that this is shared with renters from other units.

- Garage is shared to renters in Unit B & A. As a guest in UNIT C, you will have 1 parking spot in the garage.
- Larger vehicles will not fit in the garage and will need to park in the free city parking lot on El Carmel St
- Additional street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis

As a guest, you will have access to the entire unit. You will be given a keypad code to access our smart locks and never have to worry about carrying around keys. All codes are random, secured and deleted after every check out.

☀ VERY IMPORTANT: Unit is located on the 2nd level of the building. Other guests will be on the ground level.

🚪 Sliding Door: Please note that the sliding door may be a bit hard to close. The unit—and the building as a whole—is scheduled to receive all new sliding doors and windows. However, since these are special order, the replacement process takes about 3 months. We appreciate your understanding, and in the meantime, you may need to use a bit of extra effort when closing the door.

🅿️Parking: It is designed for small vehicles. Medium to large cars will not fit comfortably and will likely cause inconvenience to you and other guests. If you’re bringing a larger vehicle, please use the public parking lot behind the property instead.

🗣️ Noise Notice:
Potential noise from building construction next to our property (not ongoing but may occur during your stay). If there's any construction during your stay, just a heads up that they may start as early as 7:00 AM, which is legal in San Diego. While we will do our best to request the neighbor to start at a more reasonable hour, this is ultimately out of our control.

Please also understand that we cannot anticipate when construction will happen, as we respect our neighbor's privacy. It’s not a common practice for property owners to give advance notice, and we don’t expect them to.
Since this building has 3 separate units, you may also hear some noise from other guests. We always remind everyone to observe quiet hours and be respectful. We kindly ask for your understanding and hope you don’t take this against us.

⚠️Shared Amenities: Guests have access to shared amenities, including the BBQ grill, hot tub, and fire pit. Please also note that parking is shared—each unit is allocated 1 parking space, and the garage is shared among all guests. Kindly be mindful and only use the spot assigned to your unit.

🤫Quiet Hours:
We strictly observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.


☀ We are so excited to host your stay. If there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable, please let us know. We’re committed to you having a 5-star experience.


☀ The home has an exterior security camera (facing boardwalk + alley). It is not located inside the home.

☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license as required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.

☀ We conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform. Booking your stay gives us as the manager and our 3rd party, SafelyStay, Inc to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on their website. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox within 3 days of booking your stay if you have not received the email and contact us if you have any questions.

☀ Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation policy or refund policy.
1) No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy is 11 people.

2) No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property.

3) Quiet hours 10pm-8am, hot tub hours closing at 9 in respect to the neighbors. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night.

4) Must be 25 years and older to book.

5) No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No cats allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied.

6) Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.

7) A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.

8) No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee.

9) We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances.

10) No glass bottles near hot tub. No sand/dirt/ grass allowed in hot tub. Please rinse off prior to using. Additional cleaning fees will apply if hot tub requires additional cleaning or draining.

Great Location in Mission Bay/Beach

We celebrated 2 family birthdays here and it was perfect IMO. Awesome location. Walking distance to many restaurants and great açaí bowls. We enjoyed the Sea World fireworks at night. Excellent, high quality accommodations. AC was a plus. Management was responsive and communicated well. Parking in the area is limited. Glad to have garage space for a small car. Highly recommended!!

Host is amazing! Perfect for a family and to host loved ones

Modern style coastal living, spacious, accommodative host. I stayed with 5 children and 2 adults. I hosted a family dinner with 15 people comfortably. The host gave us access to so many high quality amenities such as beach toys, boogie boards, complimentary wine, just to name a few. Even the shampoo was of substantial quality. Furniture was kid friendly which is extremely important for a rambunctious family. Perfect location that offered privacy and only a short walk to beaches, restaurants, Belmont park and night life. The host Matt was considerate of last minute changes and his communication was excellent. He ensured we had his support during our entire stay. Thank you kindly for hosting us. It was truly worth every penny spent.
