The BEST of the best on Mission Bay!

Come join us for the best of the best on the sand in Mission Beach. Our beach house has unobstructed views of Mission Bay and you can enjoy the nightly summmer fireworks show from the large private deck.

The master bedroom (aka Captain's Quarters) has a comfy California king bed and a bathroom with a shower, jacuzzi tub, bidet and walk in closet.

There are two more bedrooms down the hall, the Crew's Quarters with a comfy queen bed and the Mermaid room with a comfy queen bed. Off the hall are both a guest bathroom and a full bathroom.

The kitchen is a cooks dream with a panoramic view of the water and all the amenities you will need, including built in appliances.

We are located just down the sidewalk from the Catamaran Resort where the Bahia Belle and William D Evans (both sternwheelers) dock nightly. This property is right on Sail Bay across from The Aquatic Center! There is a private elevator that services this property. We also provide a laundy room with a washer and dryer.

Susie was incredible. Anytime we had a question she got back to us within 10 minutes. She just made us comfortable and at ease with everything. Her place was exactly as prescribed. Great view and very clean. Thank you so much Susie.

Our Host Susie was amazing. She was kind, caring, helpful, and prompt and thorough in her communications with us prior to and during our stay. Susie demonstrated that she earnestly wanted my Family to have a great time at her property. And we did! My grandson cried the morning we left and asked to stay. The home was well equipped with everything we needed for beach days, cooking and lounging around the house after long days at the beach and local theme parks. My Family has declared that this was one of the best rental homes we have ever stayed at with the kindest Host. We will definitely return to this property. Thanks for a great vacation.

Susie was a wonderful host, kind, helpful, and communicative throughout our stay. The condo was the cleanest place we've ever rented, and the location was incredible, with stunning bay views from a huge outdoor balcony. Everything we could want was within walking distance: the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, and even watersport rentals. Dedicated parking at the condo also made getting around very convenient. Everything in the condo worked well and was comfortable for the whole family. This really was the best of the best and we couldn't recommend this rental more.

This was truly a beautiful place to stay! From walking in the front door and looking out over the gorgeous bay, to the comfy beds, the very well stocked kitchen, to the convenient location, our annual girl's trip LOVED it here!! We enjoyed sitting outside watching the fish jump and the dolphins in the bay, as well as the stunning sunrise. We enjoyed walking to various local restaurants, stores, and the beach. Our host was so very responsive and so very kind to share this wonderful place with us!

This condo location is perfect. The view of Sail Bay never gets old. Sunrise is my favorite. The balcony is large enough to accommodate a group of 6 easily. It is close enough to walk to many good restaurants. If you’d like to walk on the boardwalk or the beach it is a short 5 minute walk away. Susie is a great host.

We had a great time staying here. So relaxing and quiet. Our truck did fit in the parking space but we had to be right against the poles. Communication with Susie was fantastic she always responded immediately. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay. Susie, our host, was just wonderful. She was helpful, kind and responsive. Her home is immaculate and beautiful. The pictures are what you get. The view is more than fantastic and the location is terrific. There are so many good places to eat within a stone's throw. This is a wonderful place for a family or couples trip, I would recommend to anyone.

I would highly recommend this property. Five of us stayed and had more than enough room. Very nice deck overlooking the bay and only a two block walk to the ocean side. Several unique restaurants within easy walking distance. The location is within a 20 minute drive of anything you would want to see in the metro area, Gas Lamp district, Little Italy, Museums, etc.

Mission Bay Relaxation and Fun

We had an amazing stay! The place had all the amenities we needed and offered plenty of space for our family of five. The location was perfect—just minutes from great restaurants, shops, and beautiful beaches. Highly recommend!

The kitchen is more than equipped, the view is amazing. The pictures online don’t really do it justice. It’s located perfectly between the bay and the beach wonderful restaurants within a block. I can’t say enough about this place. The bay is calm and swimmable. Looking forward to our future third trip back!

This Mission Bay property was perfect for my husband and me and our two traveling companions. The location is ideal for exploring the San Diego area, although it was hard to tear ourselves away from the terrific balcony view. The condo itself is comfortable, clean and well-stocked (preparing dinner was a breeze!) and Susie is a wonderful host. Five stars all around!

Great location and beautiful view

We had a great time and Susie was an awesome host. Great location close to bars restaurants and all the amenities near by. Beach was five minutes away but we also enjoyed the beautiful quiet bay.

Great location in Mission Beach

Nice location on Bay side of Mission Beach. Great views of bay, within short walk of beach. Lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Close to major attractions in San Diego.
