The Mary Ann is a show stopping pet friendly Tybee Beach Home! 3 Bedrooms 2 bathrooms, this property features a one of a kind outdoor space with a heated pool, fully fenced front and back yard, bocce ball court, and ample outdoor seating.

Important Note:
We have a pool heating fee of $30 per day. Contact us ahead of time if you wish to be a pool heat.

Located mid-island only one street over from Tybee`s designated bike path and a 3 blocks from the 12th street beach access, this home is the perfect accommodation for family and friends to enjoy a peaceful vacation at the beach.

The outdoor yard and pool area of the Mary Ann is really great. The location in Tybee is perfect for headin out for a walk/bike ride or dinner. We’d stay here again!

Our stay was amazing! The location was perfect, we had so much fun by the pool, and the house was so cozy 10/10 would recommend.

Property just as described. Pool cleaned while we were there. Great place for pets and children as entire yard is fenced. We will definitely stay here again.

The place was great. Came in late one night bought food to microwave for something fast for breakfast and lunch, but ever time we went to use microwave it would blow a breaker. Contacted the property manager and she said they would send someone out that day nobody showed up during our whole visit we never saw anyone until the night before we was going to check out. The breaker wasn’t the problem it was the microwave was bad. The electrician said no one tried contacting him until the day he showed up at the property.

This is a cute property . The pool Is great! The grass cut have been cut and the house wasn’t as clean as I would have liked it . The mirrors were specially dirty and the rugs could use a good deep clean , also the silverware drawer needs to be cleaned . The towels and sheets were clean , enjoyed the outdoor shower very much after a deep in the pool !! The house pretty much has everything you need . We ate out so didn’t use any of the kitchen items tho . Overall I would recommend it . It was very close to the beach and in a quiet safe neighborhood. Tv was easy to work and it is pet friendly so that is great !! In need of a deep clean and reinforce the beds so they don’t squeak !! Thank you

Great Beach House

This was a great house for a base camp for Tybee Island. It had everything we needed for our short trip. We did the beach in the morning and pool at the house in the afternoon and it worked out perfectly, as there was shade by the pool in the late afternoon.

Excellent location and wonderful hosts!

We stayed here to celebrate Spring Break (3 adults, 11 year old boy and pet lab). The house was such a great location, walking distance to beach, grocery store, shops and restaurants. The hosts were so accommodating and easy to work with. We never wanted to leave the backyard with the incredible pool and outdoor bathroom. Will definitely be back!
