The beach house was very pretty, very spacious and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach was very relaxing! The game room was an added bonus for us when it rained! There were a few things in the house that were not working well, but I’m sure they’ll be fixed for the next visitors! The only downside was not being able to take our pups to the beach! As nice as it was to be able to bring them, it would have been nice to know that they weren’t allowed on the beach before renting. We were told by a home owner that it would be 1000 fine per pet if we did! The home owner stressed there would be no leniency with it! Please be aware of this before renting with pets!Outside of that, we had a very good time!

The house itself was very nice and right in front of the beach. The upstairs master bedroom bed was interesting, the tallest bed I’ve ever seen, the mattress not so comfortable. Everything else was great, very nicely decorated. The property is located right next to a water and sewer treatment facility, I find it odd that nobody has mentioned this. A little smelly on the walk to the beach. Obviously did not get into the water, my mother has an autoimmune disorder and is just didn’t feel comfortable having my kids in there. We left the next day. If you do not mind being right next door to a facility that treats poop water then this property is great. There’s also a trailer park a few blocks away.

Great location on Tybee Island. Checking in was super easy and we appreciated the easy access to the beach. It was cool to watch container ships go by! The property was clean; however, it is not well maintained at all, very beat up. When we arrived there were no window coverings on the two bedrooms that faced the water, so not great for privacy or blocking sunlight in the early AM when trying to rest. I texted, messaged through the VRBO app and let the service technician know that stopped when we were there and no one addressed it. The window covering in the living room on the west window wouldn't stay up so it blocked your view of the ocean, which is what we paid for. The patio door from the living room didn't lock properly. Overall, we still had a nice vacation, but we were disappointed and the quality didn't meet our expectations.

Beautiful Beach Location

Awesome beach house and loved the location. Quick walk to the beach and local restaurants really close by. Highly recommend this location.

Perfect getaway

The house is lovely, clean, great quiet location and had everything we needed for catching up with friends. Close to restaurants and nice views of water. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, and our dogs loved it.

Lovely Spring Break Getaway

We enjoyed a lovely week on Tybee Island for spring break. The north end of the island is very quiet & peaceful - good location to walk to the beach & some of the local shops/restaurants. The house was wonderful & game room an added bonus and source of entertainment.

A perfect vacation

The home is beautifully furnished and arranged with a very family feel. It is located in a very quiet community with plenty to do for the kids and yet relaxing for the parents. The house is very very clean with plenty of amenities. We would definitely stay again.

The house and the location are phenomenal. You can walk to a few shops, coffee shops, restaurants if you want to. Beach access is on a sandy pathway not on a private walk way. But it is two houses down for access. Overall a fabulous house to book if you are headed to Tybee. Our only complaint is that the bathroom showers looked as if they had not been cleaned properly and the cleaning staff might want to clean under the beds.

North Beach on Tybee

North beach is very quiet and peaceful. Home is steps away from walkover to north beach. Easy to get around on golf carts on Tybee (rented separately). Quiet street. Just what we wanted for our family getaway.

Lyons Holiday

The house was perfect! We had an amazing time in the space. Loved the convection oven/stove, all the dishes made cooking easy. We made lifetime memories and would definitely stay here again. 10/10

The oven would not turn off, even after reading instructions on how to turn it off. We had to unplug it 3 time. Very dangerous. The house was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Family vacation 2024

We did a family meet and greet as well as vacation. The accommodations were great. My First time booking a rental. Experience was above expectations. The home was very nice, clean, well equipped. Disappointed there wasn’t close beach access but time was well spent relaxing and enjoying our stay.

Great dog friendly house on Tybee!

We enjoyed our weekend stay with our family and 2 Goldendoodles. Beds were extremely comfortable & the bathrooms were very nice. We would definitely consider renting this home again. Our only two complaints were the oven wasn’t getting up to temperature and we ran out of hot water on the second person taking a shower in a row. Otherwise, fantastic stay.

Excellent Property

Property was everything that it stated plus more. The location was great to restaurants and outdoor activities. We loved the game room area and spent many of our evenings in that area. House had plenty of towels and blankets, I suggest some throw blankets but overall we had everything anyone could need. We had a wonderful weekend and look forward to visiting again.

Excellent location for multiple families and working remotely

We had an extended stay with a couple that was working remotely and one of our mothers. The north end is more laid back, and the house was just steps from the public walk to the beach. You could look out over the dunes to see the water and watch the huge cargo ships go by. The house was very quiet with only a few other homes on the road. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was even an extra fridge in the game room. Tybee is a wonderful vacation spot, with unique restaurants and shops all over. It was an easy drive over the bridge to grocery stores and fast food (if desired).
