With space for 3 cars in the driveway, you're greeted by a character-filled porch, perfect for people-watching. Step inside to a spacious, open-concept living area with free Wi-Fi, a 65" Smart TV, and ample seating for unforgettable moments. The kitchen and dining area are seamlessly connected, boasting a 6-seat table and a fully stocked kitchen for your culinary adventures. Large windows open to the backyard, a lush, tree-filled oasis with a covered dining table, plenty of lounge chairs, and a cozy fireplace area—perfect for relaxing under the Florida sky.

Guests also enjoy access to a beautiful communal pool just two buildings down at another property we own and manage, providing a refreshing spot for a swim whenever you’d like.

The amenities were good, however the weekend we stayed there Fort Lauderdale was very cold and the home had no heat and we were very cold,.

Wi-fi info should be posted in house. I had to message host to get wi-fi info. Not enough counter/sink space in bathrooms. Clean house.

Great for the Family

This was a second home we rented for our short family getaway to celebrate a local event in the area and we ended up renting out three homes. It was a great size to fit all of us. The location was in a nice area, close to where we were celebrating, the host was very communicative to all our needs and questions. We will most definitely recommend this property to our friends and family and hope to visit again soon.

So as a residential cleaning company owner I know vacation rentals are not the same standard however the bathroom shower walls need scrubbed down. There was still hair on the bathroom floors and some of the tiles are cracked, loose and wobbly which could cause a hazard for sure. The door to the 2 beds room is broken and hard to close. There is no frying pan and a few other things that one would assume it should be stocked with as far as kitchen supplies. The backyard is truly the selling point with this property. The pool area is small and needs some attention but overall it’s nice to come back to a house not a hotel even if the neighbors are really loud at 2 am!
