We enjoyed our stay at the Chalet, it was very cozy and clean and convenient to everywhere we needed to go. I highly recommend this place.

Great stay

We spent the weekend here with our dog. House was very clean and had everything you could need. No issues at all. Would stay again

Fools Hollow Chalet

The unit is properly appointed with all necessities for a comfortable and rewarding stay... very clean. Everything works perfectly. Air conditioning is a valuable plus. We loved the adjoining deck. Fools Hollow Lake is one of the many wonderful lakes in the area ($10 entry fee). There is a 1.8 mile flat trail boarding the lake (note the trail does not go all the way around so it's a 3.6 miles round trip to return to your car). Rather than park at the boat launch, it might be better to park near the boat rentals end where there are more services. Another plus is that both Hulu and NetFlix streaming services are provided. Safeway is only 2.3 miles away. Starbucks is inside. Walmart is much further way (On the way to Pine Top) The city park near the Safeway is very pretty and includes a flat 1.1 mile paved path. Dogs permitted. Show Low restaurants are very mixed. We enjoyed Buffalo Bills but avoid Licanos Mexican Food.
