House was clean. Beds were comfortable. The extra full size bed in bedroom 3 was a trundle, which was too difficult to get out from under the bed to use. Plus u have to move the furniture to get it out. So they just slept on the couch. Only 1 towel per person provided for a 3.5 day stay. Hosts were very kind and always available. Play area downstairs is not as shown. Close to beach. But the family had fun.!!!

We had a great time at this house!!! It was very clean and well maintained with in enclosed elevator. There was lots of fun water toys and bikes. The hosts were very easy to talk to and stayed in touch the whole trip. I would recommend thid house to anyone staying on boliver or just in the galavaston area.

Quiet neighborhood

Property is located in a nice little quiet neighborhood and close to big store. Beach access at end of rd by barrel 88.

Family 4th Beach Trip

We had an amazing time! Property was great! Location was very convenient to everything especially the beach. Property owners were awesome and quick to respond. We will definitely book with Jojo and Olivia again !!

Great Beach House

The house is very nice. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach is located at the end of the street which is a very short walk. And, there are lots of extra activities to do at the house when you are not at the beach. The added bonus was the elevator. The older we get, the more we appreciate this amenity.We would definitely stay here again and hope the next time we do, we can stay longer. You won't be disappointed with this rental.

Spontaneous Weekend Away

We enjoyed a spontaneous trip away. The house seemed a bit smaller than the pictures showed but overall was still a good fit for 2 small families. The location was wonderful and easy access to the beach as well as restaurants. Overall the home was clean and comfortable but the walls did need some tending too. A good cleaning or touch up paint would go a long way. Do be aware we did not find any beach towels so be sure to pack those along!

House is not as pictured. It was dirty and run down. I have photos as proof. To be honest , I should have looked for a different property once we got a good look at the house. My group was just ready to get to the beach. Some things like no shower liner in small bathroom. The fabric curtain was dirty and stained. Our option was the floor got wet or the curtain drenched. I did make the host aware. The return a/c vent was so dirty you could see it from sitting on the couch. The front door was super dirty. There were stains and mold in bathroom. The downstairs area was super worn. The hanging Egg chairs cushions were torn up. Both bikes had flats, so no one could ride. The lights downstairs had broken cords. Renters beware, it doesn’t look like the house in the pictures. There is much more details, but, I’ll run out of space. The host refunded my cleaning fee, however that doesn’t address the fact the house is rundown. I requested a two nigh refund. I was told if I wanted to leave early they’d refund my last 2 nights. Why should I have to leave my vacay early because they falsely represented their rental?
