Beautiful view and amazing place. Ask in all a great place to host our family reunion. It works be helpful if the floor plans matched the description and pictures. We got a little confused (floor plan showed more bedrooms than the description and pictures) but it's such an amazing place.

So glad you enjoyed the beautiful views for your reunion! It is advertised as a 5 bedroom home and there is an extra non-conforming room with extra beds and the pictures reflect that. Sorry for any confusion.

This property is incredible. There was a major forest fire that went through the Grand Lake area in 2020 - how this house was saved is incredible, would love to know the story. Advice to future guests; bring binoculars to search for wildlife you are up on a hill that over looks hundreds of acres. We celebrated my daughter’s marriage and this house accommodated all of our needs. We are looking to comeback soon. Grand Lake is a very nice town with local restaurants and shops galore. I give this property a 9.99/10. Only draw back is only 3 showers. Everything else is living like royalty.

Our stay at this beautiful property was great. The location was less than 20 minutes from the Grand Lake entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, which made exploring the park incredibly convenient. The house itself was huge, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. We loved cooking in the nice, big kitchen and spending time outside on the decks, where there were plenty of great spots to sit and soak in the stunning mountain views. Inside, the layout was perfect for a group; the kids absolutely loved having their own dedicated loft area to play in, while the adults thoroughly enjoyed the awesome downstairs setup complete with a nice bar area and a pool table.

This is a great place for a large group or family. Well equipped. Near lakes and RMNP. No complaints. A very comfortable house. Just be aware that there is no AC, as is probably true for most houses in the area. I didn’t realize it till we got to the property and reviewed the listing. It’s not the host’s fault, but we were there during a heat wave with temps 10 degrees above average. The host was kind to provide extra fans, and once we learned how to ventilate the house, we were comfortable. We had a great experience and made many memories as a multi-generational family.

The home itself was spectacular, with more than ample space for our party of 14. Very well laid out and comfortable amenities. We had great weather during our stay but, when we needed to be inside the home offered both privacy and wonderful gathering spaces to keep everyone happy. The close proximity to fun outdoor activities, including rafting, horseback riding and hiking, made this a perfect family vacation!

Perfect Wedding Weekend

This house was the perfect place to host our intimate wedding weekend. We had friends and family stay for a few days and it was a dream. The kitchen is perfect for hosting a big group and the views were the perfect backdrop for our ceremony. The location is great as you feel tucked away in the mountains but are a quick drive from the Main Street in grand lake and Rickey mountain national park.

Friends and Family Getaway

We had the best time at this amazing property! The house is so beautiful, our kids had such a fun time with all of the different spaces to explore and hang out after a long day of hiking. We enjoyed getting to watch the stars from the relaxing hot tub, as well as getting to explore the property and see the different types of wild life! We will definitely recommend this property to friends and family in the future!

Great stay!

Stayed 4 nights for my brother’s bachelor party. The house had plenty of room to sleep 10-16 very comfortably and plenty of driveway for the suburbans we rented and the cars that a few local friends came up in. We were centrally located to the several golf courses we played and that was amazing. Overall great spot. Gets a little hot in the day without AC, but nothing that was enough that I wouldn’t go back when we want to do this again.
