Our family had a great time in the house. Having 4 bathrooms really helps with large groups, as does two separate living areas and a nice deck.

Check-in issue - It seems that this property was managed by a management co. 24 hours before check-in, there was no message from the co. about the details of cheking in. After repeated request to VRBO, we recieved a response through VRBO that we will receive the chech-in instruction on the day of check-in. We surely expected the property mgmt. co. to respond not VRBO. It caused undue stress on 4 families not knowing wheter the property will be available or not. Cleanliness - The pillow covers were dirty on one bed -as if not washed after previous guest, long hair in the other bed. Property - we were not told that the property was under construction. The bottom floor balcony was not usable becasue it was getting prepared to pour concrete on reinforced bars. Otherwie - the location was great. view was beautiful. kitchen was clean.
