Constructed in 2011, this home is designed as a great vacation getaway for family and friends. House is situated approximately two miles from the Holland State Park, and public boat launch .3 miles away. Enjoy Holland’s extensive bike paths, beautiful downtown with restaurants and shopping, bi weekly farmers market, beaches and friendly people. Home has custom cabinetry, granite countertops, large walk in tile shower in master bedroom with king bed on main floor. Upper level provides spacious great room, with a view of Lake Macatawa. Two bedrooms upstairs,one with a king bed and one with two full beds. Each bedroom has attached 1/2 bath with shared shower/tub.(jack and jill bath)
Large deck facing lake with grill and patio furniture for relaxing.
Absolutely no disappointments with this custom home!!!!

Holland getaway

We loved our stay. The house is quite big with everything needed for a perfect time. The bedrooms are spacious and lots of room to hang out. We went to Saugatuk, Holland, Lake Michigan, and Grand Rapids. There are plenty of bikes to ride and a grill. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location

The house was beautiful and very well stocked. The house was very spacious and super clean. We loved the porch - could see boats going in and out between the houses across the street. We loved the Holland area, lots to do and see. Hope to return next year.

Convenient and comfortable Holland Vacation Home

This home exceeded our expectations. It is a great setup for up to 8 people. The reservation and check in process with the owners was simple and efficient. Communication with the owners prior, during, and after our stay was excellent. The kitchen is well equipped and the large deck outdoor area across from Lake Macatawa added to our enjoyment and relaxation. The owners furnish multiple bicycles for all ages for riding on the nearby trails. The upstairs separate living area worked out great for our grandkids and their parents. We used the outside grill nightly and there is plenty of dining space for up to 8. The location is convenient to Halland State Park beach, Tunnel Park Beach, downtown Holland, and is within walking distance to restaurants (Reservoir was our favorite.). This is a great vacation home, the owners are great, and we look forward to our next stay.

Big, roomy and comfortable

Great house and owner! The design of this extremely roomy house was well thought out and planned for guests comfort. With three different groups it was great to spread out and have a separate a landing spot (laundry room/desk area/entryway )for all of our stuff (beach bags/phone chargers/purses/diaper bag). More closet space than you will ever need. All the bedrooms are huge as well as the living room and kitchen (which had everything you need). Even had a high chair and stroller for the toddlers. Super clean also! Close to everything. Great bike riding neighborhood. Checkout was super easy. It was more than perfect! Thank you Vicki!!!

State of the Art

Our stay was fantastic, and I recommend this rental to everyone. Clean, clean, clean which is a must for us. The home was well furnished and close to the beautiful lake. The neighborhood is wonderful and full of friendly people. There are well maintained parks all around the area. There is much to do in this great community!

Another Great Time

Our family of 6 had a great time here- again! We actually rented this home 2 years ago and had a blast, so we figured we would give it another shot. Holland was a winter wonderland, and we skied (XC and downhill), sledded, hiked, snowshoed, explored the frozen coast- all within 25 minutes max from this home. Our kids all want to come back again!

Spacious Lake House

One of the cleanest & roomiest vacation homes we’ve ever stayed in! Felt right at home. Enjoyed cruising the neighborhood on the bikes. Great location - close to the lake and downtown, too. Excellent hosts. Would love to come back!!

Couples getaway

3 couples stayed very comfortably in this spacious, clean home for 4 days. The kitchen had everything we needed. It has a driveway you can enter in front of or behind the huge garage which had 6(?) bikes as well as a bbq in it. The beds were comfortable. 1 main bedroom and bathroom down as well as a half bath. We shared a shower with another couple upstairs but we both had matching toilet/single vanity on either side and all separated by pocket doors. Nice porch out front with a view of the water. We spent a lot of time there. The bike/walking trail is right across the street. Check in was easy as Vicki met us and gave us a tour. She and her husband live across the street. Clear written instructions on the counter. Great hosts, great home, great time with friends!

Perfect Summer Vacation

We had the perfect summer vacation at this home. The deck was great for relaxing, a quick walk to Lake Macatawa, and easy bike ride to Lake Michigan. The house had plenty of room for us, along with our daughter and her family. The home is lovely, nicely furnished, bikes provided, quiet, and comfy beds. We could not ask for a better summer spot.

Fantastic House for a Perfect Vacation!

This outstanding property has everything you could possible need for a great vacation. The location is convenient to downtown and the State Park. It is the cleanest place you will ever rent! There is plenty of room for everyone (there were four of us) to have their own space. This rental rates an A+. It is one of the best we have ever stayed in. The owners are very easy to work with and so helpful! You should be so lucky to get to stay here.

Great Home. Great Location

This was our second stay at this property and it was great as usual. The property is clean, large, and only about a 5-minute drive to the beach. The front patio is awesome for morning coffee and yoga. Also, you're very close to amazing running paths. Access to the garage is great too to keep your car cool and safe. We can't wait to stay here again!
