We are also happy to hear that the house was well kept and had plenty of space for everyone and that the pool area was such a great perk within walking distance. We appreciate you noting that bikes are not included with the rental, as that is helpful information for future guests to keep in mind when planning their trip. Our goal is to provide guests with all the information they need before arrival, which is why we send our Guest Guide via both email and text message. The guide contains important information about the property, including door codes, pool access details, beach access information, local recommendations, and helpful details about the home. We provide it through multiple channels because some guests prefer email while others rely on text messages, allowing guests to easily access the information in the format that works best for them. The only code not included in advance is the golf cart lockbox code. Before releasing that information, we are required to verify the driver's age and insurance coverage in accordance with our insurance and safety requirements. We are also sorry to hear about your experience with the floors. Had we been made aware during your stay, we would have gladly sent our housekeeping team back out to address the issue and make it right. Guest satisfaction is very important to us, and we always appreciate the opportunity to resolve concerns while guests are in-house. Thank you as well for mentioning the beach towels. While they are listed in the Guest Guide as an item guests should bring, we understand that details can sometimes be overlooked when preparing for a trip. As for the cleanliness concerns, we would have gladly sent someone out immediately to address any issues had we been notified—we’re available 24/7 for situations just like this and always want our guests to feel comfortable and cared for. Regarding the household items, our pre-arrival inspection confirmed that extra trash bags were stocked under the kitchen sink, and we apologize if they were missed. Additionally, the ad lists the amenities we provide for each home in our care. We also appreciate you letting us know about the condition of the furniture. That’s something we’re actively addressing with the owner.
