Complimentary Beach Chairs Included! (**valid 3/1-10/31) You'll have "Knot-a-Care" in the world when you stay in this recently renovated gulf front 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit at the Summerwind Resort. Take a deep breath and let it all go as you relax on the Emerald green waters of the Navarre Beach Gulf Coast. The perfect rental for a family trip, new bedding and Flat Screen TVs can be found in every room. Spoil your guests, and yourself, with a perfect meal crafted in the upgraded kitchen. Relax on the balcony as you take in the beautiful view from the 11th floor. Or! Head down to the beach to enjoy the complimentary Beach Set up (2 Chairs and one umbrella) that comes with this unit per day. Whatever your vacation plans, "Knot-a-Care" is the perfect rental! **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**

Clean space and great location by the pier. We saw dolphins from our balcony every day! There was plenty of parking and super easy access to the elevators. Jim was very responsive to our messages. Our family enjoyed our stay!

This property was exactly as described. It was even ready for an early check in which was a bonus. It is right on the Gulf, next to the Navarre pier. There were beach chairs and umbrellas set up everyday for guests. There was even a book to give us local restaurants, etc. so we didn't have to guess where to go. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Wow! This condo was absolutely perfect! It was clean and we were able to check in super early, which never happens! The master bed was so comfortable and the shower was amazing! My only complaint is the outdoor chairs are not comfortable but I used a pillow to sit on! :). It would not keep me from booking again! Highly recommend!!

The condo was great. The only complaint we have is the air conditioning was not cool enough at night. I believe the temp was around 72 at night in the master. Not enough air circulation. I think It would have slept better if it was cooler. Bed was comfortable. Layout was comfortable as well. View, being on 11th floor was also great. Already looking to rent next year.

Perfect Everything!

This vacation rental is amazing. Great views, great location, great amenities. Plenty of room for our entire family. We will definitely keep this place in mind when booking a stay at Navarre Beach in the future!!

My husband and I enjoyed this condo so much! It was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The view was absolutely stunning, the kind you just can’t get enough of! We loved relaxing on the balcony and watching the sunrise each morning. Everything we needed was provided, and the location was perfect for a peaceful, comfortable getaway. We’d absolutely stay here again!

The condo is in a great location with the most amazing view of the water!! Literally it looks as good as the pictures you see. White sand beaches and the water is unbelievably beautiful. You are a short drive to Pensacola or Destin. Condo is fully stocked with everything you need. It's super clean, the beds are comfortable. You won't be disappointed choosing this place. Very highly recommend and we are looking forward to next year already.

We loved the beach view from the 11th floor balcony with enough chairs for everyone! Also loved the complimentary (2) beach lounge chairs and an umbrella. The condo was beautiful as well as comfortable! So many extras that made our stay perfect! We hope to return soon. Thank you so much for our awesome stay in this unit!

Very clean. Everyone we met was so friendly. Very relaxing. Only disappointment was the internet was not working well.
