Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo is located on the beach off the gorgeous Emerald Coast! This unit is conveniently located on the 6th floor of the Inn at Summerwind at the Summerwind resort. This unit includes 1 King Size bed, 1 Queen Size Bed, 2 Twin Beds, and a sleeper sofa. There is a large Garden tub in the master, with a separate stand-up shower. There is a full kitchen with dishes, cookware, utensils, along with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washer/dryer, linens, towels, etc. There are charcoal BBQ grills available in the pool area. Workout facilities are on the 1st floor.

The condo was great- easy walk to pool and beach. We had kids ages 2-6 and they were very comfortable in condo as well as 4 adults. It had everything we needed and more. The garage spot is rare and really nice too. Excellent communication with owner who was very concerned about our comfort.

Our group has been staying in this condo for the last 10 years. The owners have been fabulous to work with EVERY time! They upgrade the condo on a regular basis and is always clean! The pools are great for the days that the beach is less than perfect.

Perfect Family Beach Vacation!

Annual Family Beach Trip

Navarre Beach is our favorite beach vacation spots. This condo is one of the best we’ve stayed in. It is beautiful and fully stocked with all the amenities of home. Easy check in. We loved it!! Highly recommend this condo for your next getaway!!

I’m local so stay at navarre every year for 35 years, we have the most beautiful beaches, this was the most expensive condo, not very clean , sheets stained and need to be replaced, same with pillows and towels, so for the price very disappointed

Very clean and well supplied. Only issue was TV’s in bedrooms did not work. But we had been informed of the problem and were not concerned. The inside parking and complimentary beach chairs more than made up for that. Had a wonderful 2 weeks.

Awesome Stay

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Linda communicated instructions and answered my questions immediately. The unit was in a perfect location next to the pier and had a great perk of a reserved parking space in the covered garage - there are only a few spots. The balcony is a wraparound and was a fabulous spot to watch dolphins while enjoying your coffee. Everything was in excellent condition and the beds were extremely comfortable. Would absolutely recommend.

Perfection!

Where to even begin with how much we enjoyed our stay?!? Navarre is one of our very favorite places! This condo is in a wonderful location: right next to the water, right next to the pier, 3 restaurants within walking distance, paddleboard and kayak rentals right on the beach (along with the included beach service for 2). We saw dolphins EVERY SINGLE DAY- a pod of five came to feed the morning we checked out and almost made us late because we couldn't quit watching 😍. From the pier we got to see more dolphins as well as sea turtles, stingrays, and lots of fish. The condo itself is very nice! The view was breathtaking! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and there was plenty of room for the 8 of us. Linda was very easy to work with- absolutely no issues at all! We truly loved every minute of our stay and hope to get back very soon!

Great Family Time

Our family had a great week in Navarre Beach with perfect weather. The condo is beautiful & the location is perfect. Loved the twin beds instead of bunk beds. Only one thing went wrong. My son stepped into the shower in the master bathroom & slipped, falling to the floor. He hit his face, chest, arm & knee causing him to be bloodied & very badly bruised. He went to the ER for a CT scan on his head to make sure he have a concussion. That really put a damper on his beach going. There really needs to be some grab bars or other safety measures installed in all the showers & tubs for future tenants so this won’t happen again. All that being said, we really had a great time being together as a family & would love to stay here again.

Best stay yet!

We stayed for a week with family (husband and two sons, one son is an adult (20) and the other is 1.. We have stayed at Summerwind many times (I think this was our 8th stay) but this is our first stay in this unit. We LOVED it! Perfect weather and delightful ocean conditions helped, but the condo was PERFECT! There was ample space for our family of four, but we could have easily accommodated the max visitors allowed comfortably. The rooms were decorated beautifully, as was the unit, and it was stocked with all the essentials. We appreciated the amount of dishes, pots/pans, cookware, and utensils, and made use of the storage containers for leftovers in the fridge. We cooked most dinners, but ate out a few evenings and love grabbing snacks at the store in the west building. It was also appreciated that the unit had some sand buckets, toys, life jackets, a couple boogie boards and nets for playing at the beach. We loved our unit and hated to leave! The only issue at all this visit was the other visitors as there seem to be more rule-breakers every year as some visitors stay in the pool/hot tub until 2am or later, and blast their music. This was annoying, but does not detract from the unit—just mentioning in case someone is sensitive to that as being on the 6th floor and closer to the pool might be something to consider. We loved being closer to the Pier and views were phenomenal. Having beach chairs and a garage parking space is also SO nice and we were so grateful to have both.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! We have been staying at Summerwinds for years but this was our 1st time in this condo to my memory. Very fully stocked with every possible thing you would need, Linda was wonderful at communication and at ensuring we had what we needed! We will definitely book again next year!

Great condo on beach next to pier with amazing views of ocean. While there tropical storm Bertha came in over half of 7 days resulted in not being able to swim or be in beach but that’s out of everyone’s control. The owner communicated from check in and provided updates consistently throughout our time and kept us abreast of all info she was receiving regarding the storm as well. We greatly appreciated the close communication with us and was grateful the owner was caring for our safety not just the property. We will return maybe different time of yr to avoid possible storms. For this looking to go here plan to drive or cook as within Navarre there are very little places it is very family oriented which we appreciated since we was on family vaca with our son,dil, and grandchildren. Condo had enough room for rainy days to play games talk and be comfortable it was a home away from home for us. Thank you for sharing your place with us we greatly appreciate you !

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. It truly felt like a home away from home.One of the things we appreciated most was how family-friendly it was. We felt safe throughout our entire stay, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our vacation. The beach was just a short walk away, and we loved being able to walk to several restaurants instead of having to drive everywhere.The condo was well-stocked, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. The host was wonderful to work with, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless.We made so many great memories here and wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, convenient place to stay that’s perfect for families, this is it! Highly recommend!

Best Spot in Navarre

This was our third stay at this location. Each time we remember why we love the space so much. We had two families sharing the condo and we had plenty of room. Linda does a great job communicating with us and has thought of everything! We can’t wait to go back again.

This is our 2nd time to stay here and we absolutely loved it. The owner was so easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. Beautiful condo with fantastic views and great location. Would highly recommend this place!
