Gorgeous home right on the Deschutes River. Great outdoor space to take it all in and watch the Ospreys hunting. After we used the black out shades to keep the sun out by day, we were able to open the windows up and sleep to the sound of the river outside at night.

The house was large enough for a big group. Hot tub was great, Big space to spread out and enjoy. Entertainment rooms were great. It was a hot weekend so we were thankful for extra fans around the house and the shades on the windows to try and keep the house cooler. Great location close to downtown for shopping and restaurants. The extra private location was terrific for quiet evenings.

We loved the location, right next to the river, river trail, could bike to the breweries! Enjoyed the ping pong, corn-hole and pool table. The home had everything we needed for our stay.Thank you!

Excellent stay: spacious and riverside enjoyment with good access to all the very cool local stuff. Hosts worked to make this happen perfectly.

Great place to stay

The views from this home were amazing and the location was great with lots of walking trails and accessibility to Bend activities. Host was quick to respond to all needs. Accommodations were good for our group of 4 couples.

Great Place

We had 10 people including 2 younger kids and all had a great time. Spent most of our time on the deck. Rick quickly helped with whatever we needed. Great place.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Rick and Katie were very responsive and went out of their way for us. The home had everything we needed. Lots of room for us, our adult children and spouses and baby to each have our own space. Beautiful river view and in a great location. We hope to visit again sometime.

The Best!!!

This house has everything: a gourmet kitchen, fantastic views from 3 balconies , available and kind hosts, lots of instructions for using electronics, near grocery stores and restaurants and lots of room to spread out. We couldn’t have more pleased.

We had a fabulous time at the Bend River Retreat. Our two families were down for several days to attend a friend‘s wedding. This was truly a perfect retreat spot for our combined families and we were able to enjoy all that this beautiful home had to offer, including a beautiful river view. We enjoyed hanging out on the river, exploring Bend, hiking, hot tubbing, and so much more. Our hosts were gracious and great at communicating regarding check-in & check-out, and very prompt to answer any questions we had. We hope to plan another trip to Bend in the future and we’d definitely stay here again.
