Ready for adventure? Hibernation Station sits an easy walk along pretty Baskins Creek from the action; Anakeesta and Ripley’s Aquarium are both about 9 minutes on foot. Come back after a day in the mountains, kick your feet up on the open-air balcony in the Adirondack chairs and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Inside, it’s all rustic Smoky Mountain charm without sacrificing comfort: log beds, bear décor, granite counters, stainless appliances, and a massive 70" TV in a high-ceiling living room.

The layout works for families and groups:
Lower level: king suite with ensuite shower + laundry
Main level: second king suite with tub/shower, living room with queen sleeper sofa, kitchen, dining, and balcony
Loft: queen bed, arcade game, and a full bath

Host was very welcoming and the place and location were perfect for our trip. We were visiting Anakeesta and wanted someplace close. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in town.

We’ve stayed in the Smoky Mountains several times and this was by far our favorite place to stay. The walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg doesn’t get any better and it comfortably accommodated our large family. The floors and crevices could use a deep cleaning but the important things like linens and furniture were good. We hope to stay here again on our next visit!

It was a great place to stay, and loved the layout since there were 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Location was adequate and within walking distance of downtown for sure. Would highly recommend staying here, and would def book again!

The owners were absolutely amazing, there was some issues beyond their control due to power outage and things but when I messaged they responded in timely manner and communication was an absolute breeze, My family and I have been coming to the area for years but we will definitely be staying in their properties again!! The area was gorgeous the walk to town isn’t bad if you miss the trolley stop at the end of the complex. We are overly impressed with the owners and the area the complex was in!!!
Relaxing for the night after a long day walking around.

Lacey was the host and she was very involved to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo was located perfectly from town, just a short walk to Main Street.

The location is great, walking distance from downtown! The condo is great, and is exactly as described in the listing. Having private bathrooms for each bedroom was awesome. The owners were very responsive and resolved a minor issue very quickly. We would definitely stay here again!
