Park the car and leave it. Hibernation Station is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath rustic townhouse on Baskins Creek, about a 9-minute walk to Anakeesta, Ripley's Aquarium, and the Parkway. There are no steep mountain roads to drive, just Gatlinburg right outside your door.
Smoky Mountain charm with real comfort. Log beds, bear décor, granite counters, stainless appliances, and a 70” Roku TV in a high-ceiling living room with an electric fireplace. After a day out, sit on the balcony in the Adirondack chairs and enjoy the mountain air.

The host was great. I ask many questions about the area and her response time was great. The room was clean and very comfortable. The screened porch was nice on the day it rained. We will definitely stay here again and I recommend this place This is one of the best places I have stayed at in the area. We did not have any issues.

This townhouse is great, clean, decorated so cute, covered parking, great location. I was happy to find nice shampoo, conditioner and lotion, but when I asked host pre- stay, she said I should bring it. I was flying, and wouldn't have packed it. I will stay again if I come back!

Host was very welcoming and the place and location were perfect for our trip. We were visiting Anakeesta and wanted someplace close. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in town.

We’ve stayed in the Smoky Mountains several times and this was by far our favorite place to stay. The walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg doesn’t get any better and it comfortably accommodated our large family. The floors and crevices could use a deep cleaning but the important things like linens and furniture were good. We hope to stay here again on our next visit!

It was a great place to stay, and loved the layout since there were 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Location was adequate and within walking distance of downtown for sure. Would highly recommend staying here, and would def book again!

Location was clean and as advertised. Nice to have a parking spot. Easy access to downtown gatlinburg. Great communication and responded quickly to questions.

The owners were absolutely amazing, there was some issues beyond their control due to power outage and things but when I messaged they responded in timely manner and communication was an absolute breeze, My family and I have been coming to the area for years but we will definitely be staying in their properties again!! The area was gorgeous the walk to town isn’t bad if you miss the trolley stop at the end of the complex. We are overly impressed with the owners and the area the complex was in!!!

Wonderful stay
Clean, with extra amenities and a short walk to downtown Gatlinburg and the rrolly route was close by.
