The linens was dirty, there was mold on the wall trimmings, it smelled wet in there. There was also screws holding up wall paper and wall paper separating from the wall. Not what we expected. Don’t stay here!

We had a good time going to the parks while staying here! There was plenty of room for the whole family, it was cute, and clean.

The house is exactly as pictured.The rooms were super cute and the house was very clean. I did have to ask about check in info, which was no big deal the host was super quick to respond, which I loved. My kids were obsessed with everything in the house especially the stars wars toaster that talked. We loved the master bathroom, it was beautiful. Only downside was that it was a 45 minute or longer to and from Universal. We left the park early one day and it took us an hour and half to get back, which is not their fault at all, just an add on if you don't mind the driving.

Other than the fact that the pictures are completely different to the property itself, the creepiest short term rental I’ve ever stayed in. Poor maintenance (missing light bulbs, broken furniture, peeling wallpaper, the more you look the worse it gets). Dirty bed sheets - creepy.

This was an emergency stay during an extremely difficult time, as I had to travel from out of state for my brother’s funeral. Unfortunately, my experience with this property was very disappointing and concerning.When I first checked in, the front-door keypad displayed a warning that the battery was low and needed to be replaced immediately. I contacted the host, and they assured me that someone would come by to replace the batteries. No one ever came, and the battery was still not replaced by the time I left.Because I was exhausted from the unexpected travel and circumstances surrounding the funeral, I did not thoroughly inspect the bedroom when I first arrived. The following morning, I noticed significant staining on the box spring and, more concerning, what appeared to be rat droppings in the property. I had to leave for my brother’s funeral, so I planned to address the issue with the host when I returned.When I came back to the property later that day, I actually saw a rat running through the kitchen. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable or safe staying there. I immediately packed my belongings and left, even though I still had another night remaining on my reservation.I contacted the host, explained what had happened, and provided photographs documenting the issues. I did not receive a response until the following day, when I was simply told that they needed to investigate. After waiting an additional two days, I still had not received any meaningful follow-

We take all concerns seriously and want to provide an accurate account for future guests. Regarding the door keypad battery, we remotely verified the door lock was fully operational throughout this guest's entire stay. It functioned without issue from check-in to checkout. Regarding the rat claim, the guest states he witnessed a rat running through the kitchen. If a rat was physically observed running across the kitchen floor, a photo or video would be the immediate and logical response, especially since the guest acknowledges he was already photographing other concerns. No photo or video of a rat was ever provided to us. Following this guest's checkout we conducted a thorough two-day inspection of the entire property including the kitchen, all rooms, and storage areas. No rodents, droppings, nests, or any evidence of pest activity was found anywhere on the property. Our professional pest control records and inspection documentation support this. We responded to this guest promptly and investigated every claim thoroughly. Our two-day post-checkout inspection found zero evidence supporting the primary claims in this review.

Host was quick at responding with questions, house was clean when we arrived, wifi was good emough to suffice streaming on the tv, 5 cell phones. A tablet and a computer at the same time. Big yard for doggies to roam and have fun. The Themed bedrooms were good enough to aweee our 11, 16, and 17 yr old daughters. Place was away from all the heavy trafficked areas so going back from Orlando and universal was nice once off the interstate. I didnt have anything to complain about.

Roaches in the fridge

I was really looking forward to staying here but unfortunately couldn't get past the kitchen as their were roaches in the fridge. I immediately left and let the owner know. I only got a partial refund and the owner never responded as to why .

Inconsistent

The VRBOA posting stated that this was a dog and cat friendly stay. Once we got there the rules posted in the rental said NO PETS. The stove and refrigerator seemed older than me (42). The beds were absolute crap. The bunk bed in the "Jurassic Park" room was unusable. The so called treehouse outside was a ssfety nightmare. The "futon" bed in the living room was busted and uncomfortable. This house beimg rented is a crime against humanity.

Sorrry to hear this, but about NO PETS inside property this is not something to be a bad experience, we pet friendly that is a old policy and doesn't seem to be unsafe, or bad experience, the stove is 2024 and fridge is 2023 modcentury old fashion design since is mid century property, exactly as is the picture is what you rent for it how this is against humanity or bad experience ? Bunk bed are useful i dont know what is your ideas about bunkbeds, i feel tgat you expect all to be kings size rooms and it is not, we stay very specific what type of beds we offer and you aceept it and rent the place, about sofabed, is exactly as you saw in the picture, individual sofabed, this is not a sofa folding queen bed, we memtioned type of extra bed in living room we offer i can't see either how this is against humanity, and about tree house is like any other tree house for kids to play not for adults if that what you looking for, we never mentioned is a tree house for adult used, if you were looking 7 starts mansion you must paid for what you want. Hope you learn next time to paid for you expectations.

Not what it seems. Listing shows up to 2 dogs. Sign on walls says no pets allowed. Kitchen had roaches. Trim nails sticking out of walls by light switch in princess room one of the kids cut their finger bc of it . Kitchen smelled of mold. Air filter was filled with dog hair. Underwear was left in bathroom cabinet.. how was this not cleaned . Tree house is a safety hazard has rot and not structurally safe . Fence was falling and missing panels.

This house is very old and dingy . Lots of spiders and ants in all rooms . Very uncomfortable. 1 tv in the living room with a chair that is so worn out the wood has no cushion left covering it and the couch is a futon that sits maybe 3 people . So after a long day at the parks you can’t relax . No table or chairs for children to sit and have a meal . No electric outlets . Can’t even plug a hair dryer in the bathroom because of no outlets . The magic treehouse they advertise is so unsafe . My husband went to go up the stairs to make sure it was safe for the grandkids and 3rd step gave out cause the wood is rotted . So we couldn’t use the treehouse . Tried reaching out to the host but the reply was he has pictures of the stairs infected so a member of my party broke it . Smh we didn’t rot the wood. The outside is all sandy black dirt so every time you go in and out of the house you have to sweep and wash floors . The kitchen has no handles on any of the cabinets very minimal necessary things you need . No teaspoons your children will have to use tablespoons to eat cereal . No clothes or anything to clean with except 1 roll of dollar general brand paper towels . We packed up and went home early. The house also has timers on the ac so 2 to 3 times a day it goes back to 84 so you constantly have to check the thermostat. Overall a very uncomfortable experience. We left early we couldn’t take it anymore . Buyer beware of what you are getting into .
