This stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom single-family home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal living for your vacation getaway. Stretching 53 feet along the beach, the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas provide awe-inspiring views for your family to cherish.

When you walk up the stairs to get to the main entrance of the home, you'll be greeted by the inviting main deck area, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying outdoor meals with family and friends. The deck features a patio table, lounging chairs, a grill, and two storage bins stocked with beach chairs and boogie boards for your enjoyment.

Step inside to discover the open-concept dining area connected to a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials including a toaster, Keurig, drip pot, and crockpot. The living area provides a comfortable space to relax and unwind after a day at the beach.

Connected to the kitchen is one of the bedrooms, furnished with a luxurious king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower tub combo. Each room in the home, including the living area, is equipped with a Smart TV for your entertainment needs. Streaming services will be provided on the TVs in the home, ensuring entertainment for all ages.

Adjacent to the dining area is another bedroom, offering two queen bunks and a shared bathroom with a shower and tub combo. Connected to the living area is the primary bedroom, featuring a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combo.

Outside, underneath the carport, you'll find a relaxing hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of beach activities. Off the back end of the carport, you'll find additional outdoor seating accompanied by a fire pit, perfect for cozy evenings spent under the stars. Just beyond the fire pit, a private beach access path awaits, providing easy access to the pristine shores of Navarre Beach.

For your convenience, starter sets of mini toiletries, along with paper towels and toilet paper, are provided at the beginning of your stay. Please note that these items are not restocked during your visit.
