Come stay at our NEW cozy retreat. Our 3-bedroom, first-floor apartment is located near the heart of Downtown Bristol. The apartment features a full dining room; a living room with flatscreen tv with smart capabilities; a bathroom with standup shower and tub combo including towels; iron and ironing board; a full kitchen including cookware, utensils, sink, stove/oven, toaster, microwave, full-sized fridge, coffee maker, and dish washer. The main bedroom has a spacious king bed while the other two bedrooms have queen beds, and every room has closet space. All amenities you could need for your stay are available for use.

The backyard is a communal space with the second-floor apartment. Access to the backyard is through a back door.

We had a wonderful stay here! Ist floor rental was Comfortable, clean and perfect for pur family vacation. All of our needs were met. Very nice accommodations especially for the price. Last year we paid twice as much to rent a vrbo nearby. Definitely planning to return!

We were in town for a family wedding. The apartment was easily accessible in a clean, quiet neighborhood. It was excellent value with clean rooms, off street parking, and easy to follow property rules. No reservations about recommending this property.

Beds were comfortable, bathroom was well stocked, neighborhood was quiet. Close to a nice park by the water with good neighborhood restaurants nearby.

We were in town for a nearby wedding and the space was perfect- great walking distance to restaurants, nice indoor and outdoor spaces to relax in, comfortable beds- everything was great.

Lovely place. Perfect for a family reunion. Only drawback for a three bedroom is having just one bathroom. But that was our challenge, not the property ! The price was reasonable of course for a one bathroom. Apartment otherwise was very spacious for the 6 of us.

This rental was perfect for us! It is in a great location in downtown Bristol: walking distance to the harbor, the bike path, shops, Colt State Park and restaurants. It was fully stocked, which was a nice treat since most rentals don't do that anymore. They even had backups of essentials, so we didn't have to replenish during our stay. Communication was easy, and the owners were attentive and made sure we were comfortable. If you are looking for a sweet spot in Bristol, this is it.

Great location in Rhode Island, center of all the fun things to do State, Newport, Cape Cod, easy ac

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were breezy and nice. Loved the neighborhood close to the water and amazing cemetery up on the hill.

This home is as beautiful as the pictures. It is kept up well and is very clean, easy to find, and easy to check in, and we had a nice welcome gift waiting for us. We were in Bristol to visit our daughter, and will definitely book this property again!

Cute house in a nice neighborhood. We stayed on the main floor - it could use some updates but it was clean, quiet, had comfortable beds, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed for a weekend. The road is a bit busy at certain times of the day but the noise didn’t bother us.It’s walkable to good restaurants, bars, and coffee shops and there are sidewalks. The Host left a nice welcome note and some prosecco - very nice touch.

Great location. The flat has been re-done, but still has the charming woodwork, etc. Place was wonderful-had everything we needed. Quiet area. Good communication with owner. Able to get to the Newport area easily. Variety of food options nearby

Short Get-a-Way

This property was amazing. Our host was most accommodating. They checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was clean and very spacious. Walking distance to all downtown Bristol / Main Street / historic area was very easy. We will definitely be back.
