This newly constructed and architecturally-designed lake house features a bright, open concept design with a partially covered breezeway and large windows and sliding doors to maximize the natural light and beautiful lake views. At over 2,500 sq ft, with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, you’ll find ample space for the entire family.

The Space:
Located on the eastern edge of Kawkawa Lake, this unique property boasts the best exposure on the lake, featuring spectacular west-facing lake, mountain and sunset views. Enjoy walk-on waterfront access to a private beach and dock—ideal for tying up your boat.
The lake house includes 1,800 sq ft of living space spread across 2 floors in the main portion of the house, and an additional 700 sq ft suite separated by the breezeway.
The main portion of the house features a spacious kitchen, with large island and gas range, as well as open concept living and dining room spaces designed for entertaining. Heated concrete floors and a freestanding wood fireplace create a cozy atmosphere on cool nights and during the winter months. Central air-conditioning keeps the house cool during hot summer days and nights.
Upstairs in the main house there are three bedrooms; two with king-size beds, and one with a queen-size bed. Two of the rooms have built-in twin bunk-beds. The upstairs also features two full bathrooms, with a shared camp-style double sink.
The suite, which is separated from the main house by the breezeway, features it’s own kitchenette and is the perfect place to watch the game or set the kids up with a movie. The suite also includes a bedroom with a king-size bed, twin bunk-beds and a separate full bathroom with tub and shower.
An expansive 500 sq ft partially covered breezeway features a natural gas BBQ, covered dining area, and a swing that adults love just as much the kids! Cool down or warm up in the outdoor shower on the south side of the property.
The lower deck is a great place to sit, lounge and enjoy the sun on a warm day.
The 90 foot private dock includes bumpers and cleats to tie off your boat, a double lounge chair, coffee table and a swim ladder. Read a book, or sit back with a cup of coffee or glass of wine and enjoy the ebb and flow of Kawkawa Lake and the mountains beyond.
