Note: Daily rate is subject to change depending on total number of guests attending a private event and/or staying overnight.

* Bed #1 (Oversized master bedroom) with a king bed suite: has one small extra daybed - can accommodate additional air mattresses. This has a private master bathroom attached (walk in shower)
* Bed #2: queen bed with attached full bath (tub/shower), can accommodate an air mattress as well. This has an attached full bath - which is also accessible via the hallway for beds #4 and #5
* Bed #3: queen bed with attached private full bath (walk in shower)

Middle of Home:
* Bed #4: queen bed (this room can use bed #2's hallway bath or the 1/2 bath directly across from it)
* Office/Bed #5: full bed (this room can use bed #2's hallway bath or the 1/2 bath directly across from it)
* 1/2 bath
* laundry room, mud room, dining, kitchen

In between the main house and apt over garage:
* Sitting Room #2 with Desk: can also accommodate a queen air mattress upon request. It also has a loveseat couch.

* Bed #6: 1 Queen bed (this shares a hallway full bath with bed #7)
* Bed #7: 1 Queen bed (this shares a hallway full bath with bed #6)
