 You will have access to traditional cable services through Youtube TV as well as access to HBO/Max and Amazon Prime free content/ streaming services through the Amazon Firesticks. You will have Smart TV's and firesticks on each tv in all the bedrooms as well as the living room. A Blu Ray and Bose speaker are available in the Master Bedroom if you would like to stream music or listen to the audio through the Bose system as opposed to the TV speakers.
Inside you will also find a key for the fitness center and pool that is a short walk away. The fitness center entrance is just past the pool entrance and the cluster mailboxes.
I have ceiling fans in the kitchen dining area, living room area, and all bedrooms which helps immensely with cooling in the summer months. A Carrier AC system was installed in 2018 and along with the Plantation shutters and custom blinds it helps keep it cool and comfortable.
The outdoor patio just off the kitchen is excellent for relaxing, dinner or catching the world class sunsets. You have seating for four and have excellent views of the tennis court and pool. It's also the largest patio floorplan in the development and double in size than any other unit.

Inside the property description book you will find instructions on how to work the Murphy bed if you need to set up for your visitors. Inside the office you will find a Brother laser printer to make use of as well. You may need to download driver information to use it with your computer system.

Inside the kitchen you will find  Keurig and traditional coffee maker as well as a coffee grinder. We get you started with everything for your stay for the first few days.
