guests must use a bracelet that identifies them as guests on the property during their stay.

visitor access is subject to the maximum capacity of the unit. if your reservation is for 1 person, you have the right to receive 1 visitor. if your reservation is for 2 people, no visitors are allowed.

to make use of the parking, prior registration is required at the reception in order to get access.

upon check-in, a security deposit of $350 usd in cash will be required. this deposit will be refunded upon check-out if there are no damages to the property.
