The building is located in the hotel zone of Tulum with all the tourist attractions that stand out worldwide for their unique experience.
If you are a lover of walking you can do it within the area although to go to the beach we suggest you rent a bicycle, motorcycle or ATV; in the area there are many places where you can rent them or from your arrival you can rent a car if you prefer.

Tulum is a developing area, so water, electricity, and internet services may be interrupted during your stay, for periods beyond our control.

UPON CHECK-IN, A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $350 USD IN CASH WILL BE REQUIRED. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED UPON CHECK-OUT IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY.
We incliude 20 KW per night on your stay, in case to go over we do charge $8 MXN for each extra KW. You have access to the meters anytime. Its a regular consumption, its just in order to avoid the guest leaves the AC or lights ON while they are not there.
