Bai-Ha is a complex in Aldea Zama, located in its own enclosed, safe neighborhood. Ideal for guests who are looking to rest, offering a space to relax and escape to a tropical paradise.
The apartment has its own assigned parking spot in the complex for one car.
The neighborhood around the apartment has a few cool spots like restaurants, ice cream shops and yoga studios.
To get to the gorgeous paradise beach, you can either bike or drive 10 minutes.
It has three bedrooms, and a huge rooftop deck with its own private pool, grill area and sunbeds.
It has the fastest internet available in Tulum: Fiber optic with 200 mbps. Ideal for digital nomads and remote workers.
The penthouse has three floors: The bottom floor with all three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Each bedroom is nicely decorated, and has its own closet and window.
The middle floor has gorgeous all-around windows, and has the living room with 65" TV, kitchen and dinning room, as well as a half bathroom. It also has a really nice balcony for morning breakfasts.
The top floor is a large rooftop deck with a grill, a private pool, sunbeds and space for yoga. You can find a yoga mat and some weights included in the apartment.
The apartment has a total of 170m2 indoors, and it has a rooftop deck of 68m2.
You will always have a concierge to help you with your needs, recommendations for restaurants, tours and excursions, real estate and everything you need during your stay.
All communication must be done through Airbnb messaging. We are several people in charge of messages with you guests and we need to use the same channel to follow up on your reservation and be able to serve you efficiently.
We will access the unit on Monday and Friday for pool maintenance, so the pool can have proper function.
We incliude 10 KW per night on your stay, in case to go over we do charge $8 MXN for each extra KW.
UPON CHECK-IN, A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $700 USD IN CASH WILL BE REQUIRED. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED UPON CHECK-OUT IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY.

We incliude 30 KW per night on your stay, in case to go over we do charge $8 MXN for each extra KW.
