Located less than a mile from the hot pools, in the newest Splash Hollow subdivision in Lava Hot Springs, this terrific apartment is simply DREAMY. Wanting to provide friends and strangers-soon-to-friends with comfort as they enjoy our home-town, we built our home with this lavish apartment.
With a stunning bedroom featuring a handcrafted king bed and gorgeous views, a stylish living room with a queen pull-out bed, and a completely stocked kitchen, guests will feel right at home! The apartment also has its own a washing machine and dryer, its own individual AC/Heating unit, Smart T.V., and of course, excellent WiFi. The spacious bathroom includes a luxurious double-headed shower and plenty of space and amenities for your stay.
It is a basement apartment, but the windows are deep, and have incredible views. You will not lack for light! This apartment was built with privacy in mind and has been double-sheet rocked, however, you will also be staying under our young family and you may occasionally hear foot traffic, or other subtle sounds of home, above you.

I grew up here in Lava Hot Springs, and was able to help my parents run their working guest ranch. My mother is a natural "mother-to-all", so I learned that there are no strangers from her, and found my heart truly loves to host people from all around the world!

This neighborhood is close to town, but out of the crazy main street traffic jams seen during high-peak season. It is a beautiful neighborhood with new homes, and we have stunning views.
