Come stay in our 3 bedroom 2 bath vacation home. Fully stocked with everything you might need. This is the lower unit. The upper unit is occupied. We are located 1 mile west of Main Street- close to everything but removed enough for some privacy too! EV charging available, asphalt parking area, lovely view, lots of space for gatherings! Gazebo and fire pit available. Full kitchen plus mini fridges, coffee makers and microwaves available on each side of unit for convenience of guests. Beach towels and camp chairs available for use in back yard or at the swimming pool.

Very clean and pretty house, great location, and good service. Great for grilling, and my family loved the fire pit. It's a very spacious house with parking, we loved staying here, we'll be back for sure!

Amazing place

This is the best VRBO I've stayed in! The location is great, the building is clean. Theres plenty of spots to sleep for a large group. Its wonderful!

Home was a great spot to spend the night on our motorcycle trip. Clean and accommodating for all of us. A little bit far from town but we managed. Overall a great experience and well priced for the last minute booking.

Great stay!

Our first time staying in Lava, and what a gem! Didn’t realize it was rentable as separate units, but we had the entire basement unit. The Great Room furniture has been updated since the pictures on the listing were taken & it’s both beautiful and comfortable. Great for families & lots of space. Clean and quiet. Definitely would stay again & can’t wait to take advantage of the outdoor space in warmer weather!

Lava hotsprings weekend

It was a good place and convenient to all the activities of Lava Hot springs, but I’m not a fan of staying below the host’s house, it felt like we were unable to completely relax and enjoy the weekend without feeling like we were invading their space. The bathrooms were a little dirty and we killed a bunch of bugs while there.

Lava Hot Springs Location

Everything was great. The place is roomy, it was very clean, well stocked with utensils, bedding, all the electronics worked fine. The only issue we had was bugs. When we took out the folding camping chairs and set them on up, dozens of earwigs streamed out from the legs of all the chairs. There were at couple of hundred in total. They must have been nesting inside the legs. We also saw a few in the upper corner of the bedroom with the bunk beds. Other than that, everything else was fine.

We LOVED this property! It was so clean, adorably decorated and roomy. This is a brand new unit! There was plenty of room for 8 of us girls. We sprawled out on couches and were able to chit chat and hang out. We all slept so comfortably. We made a home cooked meal in the kitchen, which had all the equipment and dishes we needed. This location is really close to town, but still a less than 5 minute drive. It was perfect! We had a blast! We all plan to bring our own families back next summer! Our only complaint was that there was only one roll of toilet paper for the 8 of us.

They thought of everything. House is well stocked with any kitchen supplies you might need. Large dining table for dinner and board games. Washer/Dryer. Very comfortable floor plan. We had two couples and 4 kids. Within a mile drive of town and all activities. Quiet location. Beautiful view. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious and well-appointed

We had plenty of room to socialize in the living room and we appreciated each having our own bedroom and bathroom. The place was quiet, with a wonderful view of the mountain. The deer walking by were a bonus! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place but tricky check out

Everything about the apartment is lovely and well managed, full privacy and separate access. But check out required us to take the trash to their private bins clear around the front of the house on the driveway. No Walkway. Access was icy and steep, clearly a liability issue. Privacy gone, i passed every window of your home. I don’t want to drag bags of trash up an icy road across your property slipping and almost Falling in my Nikes (NEEDED SNOW BOOTS). Either plow and salt a walkway or have the housekeeping handle. DANGEROUS.

My husband and I plan to retire there someday~so in the meantime, come and enjoy this space we've created just for you! We love all the fun summer and winter activities and the beautiful scenic views. Come fall in love!

This is where I grew up! Small farm with lots of memories while working the ground and raising animals-- It is now Smith's Trout Haven where I spent my teen years measuring and cleaning fish! You can see the mountains, the famous Lava "L", the golf course in the distance and the river running through the campground below. It's perfect!

This property is located just one mile west of Main Street- so close to all the downtown action but just enough removed to have some space away too. Is your group camping and you want to be with them but need the conveniences of a home? This is the place! This home sits just above the Smith's Trout Haven Campground where your group can tent or camp and you can walk down and join them-- Then come back up to sleep in your bed. Perfect!
