"New Listing" Cozy 3-bedroom condo in AQUA right up street from Pier Park #1202

This unit is best suited for 4 adults, and up to 5 children.
This unit has two bedrooms considered Primary rooms. Both rooms have king beds, dedicated bathrooms, and a beach view. The third bedroom has a bunk bed that is a Full over Full, and it has a trundle with a twin mattress. The mattress' have been upgraded to accommodate adults if needed.
This unit has a larger outside deck with great views of the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with a combo pot, and single serve coffee maker, and everything needed for cooking a meal. The condo has great wireless internet access throughout. Each room has a 43 inch TV.
Please note that we do not have beach service, but we do try to keep a minimum of 4 beach chairs in the condo for guest use.
Please leave all wristbands in the condo for the next guests.

Best condo we’ve stayed in. Well stocked with everything you need. Including 2 beach chairs in every closet. Beautiful views! And in a great location. The host was great to work with. Would definitely book again!

Amazing beachfront condo, super cozy and had everything you could think of for the beach! Would highly recommend this place to any family staying in PCB! Plus the hosts were super responsive and very friendly

This condo had a great layout. It was very clean and spacious with great storage. We really appreciate that there were plenty of towels, washcloths, supplies, etc. the balcony was very nice with a great beach view. The host was a very good communicator and I would recommend this condo. We had six adults and a toddler, and there was plenty of room. We were able to walk to restaurants and Top Golf - great location.

The host was top tier. One of the absolute best we’ve ever had. The unit exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well stocked and the views were amazing. We would definitely book this unit again. The owner was awesome and the communication was great at all times. Thank you!

We had a great stay! Condo was well furnished and clean. It was nice having the beach chairs available to use. Owner very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend and would book again!

The condo is a perfect little space, clean and cozy. It’s close/convenient to ALL the things. The only drawback is the parking being a tight spot but I would stay here again 100%

We strive for all of our guests to have 5-star stays at our properties, so I would be interested to know about the issues you had with parking. I have never been there when all 5-levels of the parking garage was full, but they do have additional parking in the basement, so perhaps we will start offering that as an option if the other parking gets full.

My husband and I have gone on vacation every year for 33 years and most years we have stayed in a condo. For the past 10 years (or maybe a few more than that) we have stayed at The Aqua. Every year I am hoping to find the condo that we love so much that it's the one we book year after year and this year we found it! This year my husband and I, our 3 grown daughters, son-in-law and 4-yr-old grandson stayed together for a week and we LOVED our stay! Two of my daughters raved about the shower and we all loved the beds! My back did not ache and one of my daughters said it's the best she's ever slept at the beach! The condo was well stocked with plenty of beach chairs, extra towels, fans, blankets, and even bodywash, shampoo and conditioner! I didn't have to worry about not having coffee on Sunday morning because they thought of that as well! I know we will be going back!

This is a great condo! It was stocked with anything you could need….beach chairs, boogie boards, all the kitchen utensils, fans, ect. It’s in a great location. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

We loved this condo for a week’s reunion of lifelong friends in Panama City Beach, where we spent many happy summer days as tweens in the 1960’s. The condo was PERFECT: spacious, comfortable, quiet, beautifully decorated with a lovely balcony overlooking the pristine beach and beautiful ocean. The location was close to everything, getting in and out of the garage was easy, All the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the dining table on the balcony. Scott and Beth were attentive communicators, warm and friendly hosts. In PCB, our favorite memories will be the Pirate Voyage Dinner and Show and the Island Time cruise where we saw many dolphins and enjoyed snorkeling and swimming at uncrowded and beautiful private Shell Island. We will surely return to enjoy this condo again!! Scott and Beth, thank you!! God bless you with an amazing year ahead!

We had an amazing stay in this unit! Very well equipped kitchen with absolutely everything you would ever need! Furniture is great, mattresses are very comfortable! Plenty of bath towels and extra linens, blankets, etc. The owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with, very easy to reach and very quick to respond and solve any issues that arise! Our new favorite place to stay at!

Fantastic!

We had the best experience. We've been coming to PCB for over 20 years, and this was the best accommodations we've ever had. The condo was very clean and well stocked. They thought of everything. There were even beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids. The location was great. You are within walking distance to several restaurants and attractions. We will be back!

Aqua Resort

My family and I loved staying at our hosts apartment. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Our host was terrific. He was in direct communications with me the entire trip, and was very accommodating. He allowed us to check in early and asked if we were ok. My family and I would definitely stay there again. Enjoyed our entire stay. Only suggestion, and it’s only a suggestion, is maybe replace the shower heads with removable shower heads because it would be easier to get any sand off the kids. Panama City Beach is a beautiful place that offers many attractions and things to enjoy with your family.

Best Condo Experience Yet!

As a family of six traveling with our in-laws, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We’ve been vacationing along the Gulf Coast for years and have stayed in numerous condos—including four different units at Aqua—but this one was by far the best.From the moment we walked in, we could tell the condo was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need for a beach getaway. My wife is extremely particular about cleanliness, and this unit exceeded her expectations. From beach chairs to laundry detergent, no detail was overlooked.Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us—it truly made our vacation memorable.
