This house was perfect for our extended family gathering! We found the kitchen well equipped for cooking and barbequing. The bedrooms all have a spectacular view of the river, and the rec room with bunk beds was perfect for the kids. The city park with boat launch is about a 5 minute drive from the house. The host was informative and helpful. What a great spot! We would definitely like to stay here again!

Spectacular waterfront home
Best vacation house we’ve ever stayed in. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the location, cleanliness, and overall comfort of this breathtaking home. Our family travels 3-4 times per year and have stayed in a lot of places but this has been our favorite overall VRBO to date. Super close to the boat launch and only 12 minutes from Chelan resturaunts. Can’t wait to book another trip!

Dad's Birthday
We all had a wonderful time celebrating my dads birthday! All the beds were really comfortable! The pool was amazing! Great open grass yard for games. Perfect location, only 13 minutes to Chelan! Highly recommend!

Great house! Our group of 9 thoroughly enjoyed this home, the pool, the hot tub and yard. It is a lovely house with plenty of space. It was clean, very nicely appointed and well-stocked. Our host, Candice, was very quick to reply to messages. Both instructions and messages were clear and thorough. We’ll be back.

Quiet and Relaxing Stay in a Beautiful Home
We truly enjoyed our stay at the Fast Home. It is very quiet and peaceful, with a big back yard for games and a tranquil view of the river. Great for stargazing too! There is a new grill and a very spacious and well stocked kitchen. Chelan is only 15 minutes away for restaurants and activities. Excellent pool and hot tub, and there are parks, tennis and pickleball courts nearby. We stayed with two other families, and there was room for all of us. The kids especially loved the bunk room upstairs, and they set up volleyball, cross net, and spike ball in the back yard. The hosts are just the nicest people. Super friendly, responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again! Even the kids were asking when we could come back.

Beautiful modern house with picturesque views!
What a beautiful home and stunning location!
The spacious living space flowed naturally into the kitchen. We loved all of the windows that bring in the views of the river and the mountains. Our family posted up there for hours!
The outdoor living space was plentiful and accommodating, we played cornhole on the lawn and took a dip in the pool we got a little warm.
All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were thoughtfully equipped. The linens and towels felt very fresh and high quality. We didn’t even need to use our phone chargers because they were already plugged in and provided on every bedside.
The kitchen supplies felt like new and there were useful practical items stocked like aluminum foil, olive oil, and a few basic spices - which many hosts fail to provide.
Would 100% stay again some time! Amazing Vrbo!

Our family has lived in Lake Stevens for the past 23 years. Much of that time has included vacationing to the Orondo/Chelan area. We love being outdoors and enjoying all the beauty that Washington has to offer! Building this home was a long process and we are so excited to be able to offer it to other families that want to escape the day to day business of normal life and enjoy some time away while still having all the comforts of home with the added bonus of the Columbia River in your back yard!
Por qué eligió esta propiedad
We love the large, well kept, private riverfront homes in Beebe Ranch that are set away from busy roads. It is the perfect area to take a walk/run and even let the kids ride their bikes. The neighbors look out for one another and it truly feels like a community.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
We designed our home with family in mind. Each bedroom and the bonus room have their own, private, en suite bathroom! Plus an additional powder room on the main floor. The open concept of the bright great room allows you to be part of the conversation from any area. Enjoy cooking in the large kitchen with plenty of counter space and a top of the line electric double oven range. The covered back patio is the perfect place to relax while you soak up the beauty of the Columbia river and surrounding hillside. Cool off in the private pool in the fully fenced back yard. At the end of the night, you can soak in the large upstairs primary bedroom bathtub and let your stresses wash away.
