The Neighborhood:
Shaw is surrounded by the Missouri Botanical Garden, Compton Hill Reservoir Park, and Tower Grove Park, making it a walkable, park-like setting. These beautiful green spaces are home to museums and historical landmarks, as well as scenic trails and sports facilities. Tower Grove Park is the most popular spot for special events such as free jazz concerts, Food Truck Fridays, farmers markets, and festivals such as the Festival of Nations, the region's largest international celebration.

Getting Around:
There is parking at the back of the building. Each guest will be assigned a single spot.
In addition, there are numerous excellent public transportation options. Laclede Cab is St. Louis' most well-known cab company, but we also have UBER and LYFT. Bus stops are located directly outside the loft building, and a Metrolink station is a few blocks away at 8th and Pine.

Other Things to Note:
For NON-AIRBNB BOOKING PLATFORMS: We are requiring a $300 security deposit and a signed credit card authorization form.
