This place was as described. The neighborhood excellent. Quiet. I love that it is a dog friendly home and neighborhood. If you don’t need a whole lot of amenities. Just a quiet clean well taken care of place. This is a must. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

We really liked this property! It was in a very nice neighborhood, and it was very convenient to get around. I must mention a couple of things that we did have issues with. The bed looked nice, but squeaks loudly when you get in or out. The couch is very worn and uncomfortable. There is a teapot that was rusted in the inside, so you may want to replace that. Overall, with a few improvements, it’s a great place to stay!

Brandon was communicative and the place was as shown in the pictures. Everything was clean and all essentials were provided. The neighborhood was quiet and quite nice. Great food options nearby. Overall great stay and location. Definitely recommend.

Great place and location

This was our second stay and everything was great! The place has everything you would have back at home.We walked to local restaurants and enjoyed looking at the decorations on the neighborhood homes.

The whole unit was spotless and very nicely decorated. Even though we didn't cook, the kitchen was well equipped. The bed was super comfortable in the bedroom as well as the sofa bed in the living room. It was quiet and peaceful (great for sleeping) and the neighborhood was beautiful. There are lots of places to eat and to take walks. And St. Louis has so much to offer. Instructing for the unit we clear and Brandon was a great host. We would definitely come back!

The apartment was a great place for a long stay. It was very clean and comfortable--just the right mix of cozy and serene. And the host was very responsive. The neighborhood is super cute, as well. Check in and check out were seamless. I would stay again any time.

Peaceful & Relaxing Stay in a Charming Safe Neighborhood

We truly enjoyed our stay at this charming apartment. It had everything we need for a weeks stay. The neighborhood was beautiful and we felt very safe. Our host Brandon was very accommodating and responsive. We most definitely would stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you Brandon for everything!

Great place to stay

Overall very happy with our experience here. We originally booked for just a few days and ended up staying much longer. The place was exactly as described, a very comfortable place. The coffee table did have a lose leg that ended up collapsing but once again, that did not effect our stay. Host was very responsive to all questions.

Good neighborhood

It is a one bedroom apartment that met our needs. It is a nice place to stay and close to many of the places we were going to. There are a few restaurants within walking distance that looked nice. Plenty of hot water for showers. Well equipped with everything labeled.

Neighborhood was quiet and safe, no issues street parking (free) and everything was clean. Unfortunately I could hear the alarm from the room above me going off every morning at 5 a.m. The couch was also half sunk in and wasn't a viable option for more than a night.

Very well-appointed place. Kitchen was perfectly equipped. The apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable, in a quiet safe neighborhood with food options close by. (Onesto’s Italian restaurant was amazing!). Check in and welcome instructions were very clear, and questions were answered via text immediately. Bed was very soft but comfortable. Couch would be extremely tight for two people and it had a board/bar in the middle made it uncomfortable for sitting. With how lovely the place is, it seemed strange to have a couch that was so subpar. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend.

Need grip bars in shower Very difficult to get in and out of showerPlace needs more furniture, everything echosBed is way too high and we are not short almost fell off a few times, as clean as this place was it needed a lot of wall repairsNeighborhood was nice, quiet and convenient to all placesParking was plentiful but we got a parking ticket for street cleaning day please advise othersWe were there to visit our granddaughter we are only 15 min away

Very nice neighborhood - apartment was nice - host was helpful when needed for minor issue . The back yard was so nice but grass had not been mowed and there was no where to sit and enjoy . Would suggest getting a new bed / mattress and the couch and chair in the living room really were not comfortable at all to sit on - so just need a few updates

We loved our stay at this elegant apartment! It had everything our family needed for our one-week stay in St.Louis. It was clean and comfortable and felt like home away from home. We were happy to bring our newly adopted newborn baby there while waiting for the legal documents. Brandon was very good at communicating when we thought we needed to extend our visit and very flexible and kind when we ended up not needing to book extra days. The neighborhood is super cute and safe to walk around for hours. It is very walkable to parks, cafes and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this apartment and will stay again when we come back.
