Pros — nice location, quiet neighborhood and nice hosts. Cons — no hot or warm water, pool was not clean, lots of rotting wood and just needs a lot of maintenance (door handles falling off, leaky faucets, remotes missing, outdoor area).

The house was nice. Old but nice. The owner was very nice! However the house wasn't cleaned very well before check in. The pool definitely needs a good cleaning! Also the electricity is a little weird. The lights flicker a bit. I got the house thinking it had a got tub but it doesnt work. But she owns the next door house too and allowed us to go next door for the hot tub. We couldn't figure out the light so we never did but it was nice of her to offer

The house is in poor condition, needing updating throughout. There were 10 bath towels for seven of us. The pool was a big hit for the children. It was clean. The pool furniture looks to be garage sale finds. There are no beach towels for the pool. The kitchen is unorganized, and there is barely enough silverware. Cookware was very limited and in disrepair, e.g., one skillet with a lid with no handle, only one small and old baking sheet, etc. The recycle and trash bin are half filled with old trash. The host was great in quickly getting back to us when the original entry code did not unlocked the door.Don’t be fooled by the pictures posted on the website. Not sure how any previous reviewers can give this place a rating of a 10. If you rent this home please lower your expectations. These are easy and inexpensive fixes which would make guests feel much more welcome.

Me and friends stayed here for a concert and was the best decision we made. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The pool was nice and there were plenty of sleeping space for kids.

Please do not stay here I book this location on March 16 2026 for my daughter I spoke to Nicole when I arrived the location I took videos the cleaning guy was near finished the house had a bad odor the pool had bugs n very dirty the bed had old sheets on them make a long story short the owner promise to refund me but lied n said she did so I have to go through my bank to file a Despute I promise this home not worth a 100 n it do not look like the pictures.

To say the listing was inaccurate would be an understatement. Upon arrival the pool was being refilled due to a previous guests stay (which was understandable), however; upon waking up the next morning it was overflowing. Myself and other guests quickly got the water shut off and notified the host. The floors were filthy, the pool was disgusting, ants were everywhere in the house, we found several cockroaches in the kitchen and living room, the washer did not work properly, the fridge leaked water onto the floors, proper cleaning supplies (wipes, rags, any sort of cleaning spray or way to wipe down counters) were not provided, 3 rolls of toilet paper were provided for 14 people, we were left with 2 trash bags, and no laundry detergent. Once Nicole was made aware of the trash bags and detergent, she dropped more of each off. To our surprise, she left a hand-full of trash bags with a detergent container that was less than 1/4 of the way full. Myself and the other guests were locked out one night; called Nicole several times and left voicemails with no response. It was overall the worst experience I have had.

Christmas stay

The house was very pretty! We stayed the weekend after Christmas and there was a tree already set up and the kids loved it! The owners were very responsive and everything went great!

This was a good location for our family trip. The house is nice, but it needs a really good deep cleaning. The pool is nice, but the robot cleaner was missing so the pool was not clean until the host came to fix it. The outdoor furniture is very worn and dirty. There was no umbrella over the patio table. The WiFi did not support 5 adults, problematic if one needs to work, which two of us did. Plenty of closet space but no drawers, this could be easily remedied with inexpensive rolling plastic drawers in the closet. The hosts were responsive and nice, but this house needs a lot of attention.

Not worth the price

We booked this home for a visit from family so we could enjoy the pool and relax. The pictures are not accurate and this home is extremely dated. The pool does not work correctly and dirty every day, the yard is very over grown with trees and weeds everywhere. The shower tiles are very old and we had to wear shoes to shower. The blinds were broken. The bathroom is missing 3 lights, the cleaner missed multiple areas. The laundry doors are missing. I could go on and on. I also reached out to the owner before posting to try and rectify but unfortunately, he wasn’t interested.

This could have been a really great stay, but just missed the mark. Disappointed.1) Keyless entry - Had to call the owner each time we came back to the house to get in. Did not work until less than 12 hours from check out.2) Inadequate supplies - For a listing that attracts families, there was no paper towels, no napkins, no laundry pods, and only 1 spare roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms. Not enough wash cloths for everyone to have one.3) Trash - both cans overflowed outside the house at the garage door. Looks like it hadn't been taken out in weeks. Even saw a mouse taking advantage of so much garbage. 4) Wifi - we shared with the host that there were 7 in our party but only 3 could get on at any given time. We had to take turns being online.5) In-app communications - clearly were not read. We first tried to remedy the door issue on the chat in the app and no response was given. What felt like a scheduled greeting was delivered and one again on the day of check out. The other issues that we brought up in the app (Wifi) were never addressed.
