Lakefront Treehouse Retreat Minutes from Clemson University!

Welcome to your spacious lakefront retreat! This lakefront home is just 12 minutes from Clemson University, and nestled along the serene shores of Lake Hartwell in a peaceful neighborhood. Sit and enjoy sunsets from your westward facing private dock in the evening time after a fun filled day of kayaking, swimming, fishing or boating. This spacious home offers great sleeping spaces- including not one, but TWO master king bedrooms with en suites, making this home the ideal vacation spot for families and friends!

A private neighborhood boat ramp is conveniently located less than a minute from the home. Use the boat ramp to launch your own boat or other lake toys to keep at the dock. As you turn to face the back of the home, you’ll notice two large entertaining porches to choose from; the perfect spaces to enjoy your meals, play board games, or simply relax with a great book. The upper porch is located directly off of the living room and kitchen for easy meal access, and is completely screened in.

Offering 4 total bedrooms with not one, but two master bedrooms with en suites! The first master bedroom is located on the top floor of the home with a spacious king bed and adjoining master bathroom complete with a soaking tub and a separate stand up shower. On that same floor, you will also find two additional bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. These two queen bedrooms share a hallway bathroom and shower. On the third and lowest level of this retreat you will find the second king suite bedroom, which also provides a trundle bed adding two extra twin mattresses. This bedroom has its own adjoining master bathroom providing both a soaking tub and separate stand up shower. And lastly, a sleeper sofa located on the main floor living room offers another great sleeping space.

This third level also has an additional game and entertaining space with a tv, football themed arcade game, foosball table, interactive dart board, a mini pool table and more! It's the perfect space for you and your friends and family to hang out.

Please Note: This is a pet friendly property, pets must be approved for your stay. Please note that there is a pet fee required for anyone staying with a dog of $150 for one dog, and $300 for two dogs.

The hosts were wonderful at communication. The double deck, fire pit, and the dock area are great for those who enjoy soaking in the outdoors. The house is clean and well-maintained. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! We absolutely loved the screened-in porch and really appreciated the large table and all of the seating on the porch! We ended up eating there each night versus going out since it was such a good space for us all! The game room was fun! We used the dock during the day to swap out skis, boards, tubes and passengers. It was a great place for our family gathering! Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lakefront Treehouse Retreat! The house was cozy, and we felt right at home! The host, Paige, was very responsive and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this vacation spot!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! We loved the screen porch and the lower deck with the bar area. We were worried since the lake water levels have been down, but there was plenty of water here and we enjoyed swimming off the dock. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for us. Check in process was very easy. And the host provided lots of helpful information for the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for the holidays. The house was well equipped the kitchen had everything you could need. The game room was awesome for the kids. There was enough room for all of us to spread out and enjoy the week.

Perfect getaway spot! We loved the house! Clean! Well stocked! The game room is the best! The layout of the house is great! The owner communicated very well and gave us great ideas and tons of information! All the little extra touches were so thoughtful!

I can’t say enough good things about this property and the owners. Everything was perfect and we can’t wait to stay here again!! The owners were fantastic to work with and the house was everything we wanted and more!!

We had a great time! The house had everything we needed for our family. Especially liked that they had a gate we could use for the stairs for the grand babies! And a washer and dryer!

Perfect Home for Families

We loved this beautiful home on the lake! After full, busy days at the ASAC horse show, this home is the perfect place to relax and unwind.Communication with the owner was excellent. The home is ultra-clean! We felt at home and will definitely be back!

Nice getaway

The house was nice and provided plenty of space for us to gather and have friends over. Property was very hilly down the driveway and to the dock. The boat ramp was super convenient as well

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house in Seneca during Clemson graduation weekend. The home was stunning, spacious, and perfectly set up for a large family or group of friends gathering together for a special occasion. We especially loved all of the outdoor space and amenities, which made it easy to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the lake views.The thoughtful touches truly made our stay memorable. We were so touched to be welcomed with surprise Mother’s Day and “Congrats Graduate” balloons along with a lovely welcome gift. It immediately made us feel at home and added such a personal touch to an already special weekend.The location was also perfect and so close to Clemson University, which made getting to graduation events incredibly easy and stress-free. We could not have asked for a better place to celebrate such an important milestone with family and friends. Highly recommend, and we would absolutely love to stay again!
