This 1 bedroom guest house is located on an 8 acre "Gentleman's Farm" in rural College Grove, TN. The house has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, and small living area. Relax on the patio while watching the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Gaze at the sky at night where the stars shine brightly! Go for a swim in pool that is located just outside of the guest house door. The main house has a screened in porch where you can relax and watch TV. The owner is on the property if there is anything you need. Only 3 miles to The Grove golf course, 6 miles to Troubadour Golf & Field Club, 6 miles to the hiking trails at Peacock Hill Nature Park, 7 miles to Arrington Vineyards, 12 miles to Franklin, 15 miles to Springhill, 20 miles to Murfreesboro, 25 miles to Nashville.

Perfect Hilltop Hideaway

I so enjoyed this property. It was clean and exactly as it was stated. The owner was incredibly wonderful to work with and to talk with. I just could not have asked for a better...quiet and peaceful... place to stay. I will return again in the summer when I can use the gorgeous pool and Patio that is available!!

Family wedding

I was attending a family wedding and didn’t want to drive back into the city. This property was just 10 minutes from the venue. The property was exactly as it is described, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bed was so comfortable, I got a good nights sleep! Love Marybeth, she is wonderful to work with. If I’m back in the area I’ll definitely stay here again.

Don’t miss this little gem!

My 10 year old daughter & I stayed here for a mother-daughter getaway. The accommodations couldn’t have been more perfect. The guest house was the perfect size for 2-3 people. The whole place was sparkling clean. Having access to the pool was a great perk. The kitchen was very well stocked with basic tools. The drive through the neighborhood was so peaceful. The view from the property is spectacular! Plus it’s just far enough from city lights to really see the stars shining at night. I’m not exaggerating when I say the views are spectacular. Don’t miss this amazing spot!
