Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! This property offers a peaceful setting on 13 acres where you can enjoy watching wildlife, playing in the creek, fishing, floating or canoeing the Harpeth River on the property, or having a quaint bonfire with friends! This property offers so much while being so close to all Franklin and Nashville have to offer. 10 minutes to Historic Downtown Franklin. Come visit this peaceful setting while exploring all Nashville has to offer! You may even receive a visit from our friendly outdoor cat, Maddie!

Relaxing and Comfortable

We very much enjoyed our week at Franklin's Best Hideaway and would definitely stay here again if we're ever back in the area. The beds are comfortable with nice linens, and the shower was awesome. We cooked in several nights and appreciated the well equipped kitchen and gas grill. The porch was our favorite spot! If you're looking for a relaxing, private, peaceful setting this is the perfect place.

Perfect getaway

A great location and perfect set up for a couples weekend! Really liked feeling secluded, but close to all the things. Really enjoyed Franklin and Liepers Fork area.

Mother/Daughter shopping trip

Easy, clean, communicated well, beds are comfy, kitchen has all needs (didnt find a cutting board was all) and the perfect access to the Franklin hotspots or Hwy to Nash. Thank you for having WiFi & YouTubeTV.

Perfect Location for relaxing

The place was perfect for our 2 couples. Conveniently located close to all the family we were visiting. Shops & things were close by. We enjoyed a rainy weekend on the covered porch spending time w/ the friendly cat Maddie. Being able to park under the lean to was much appreciated since it was raining most of our stay. The scenery was inviting and the house was thoughtfully laid out w/ all that we might need. We would most definitely opt to stay there again.

Best rental ever!

Amazing rental. It was super clean with so many small, but important, touches (a Keurig, detergent, makeup remover, shampoo, hair dryer). The property was perfectly located to everything we wanted to do in Franklin and Nashville. And, can we talk about all the fun animals we got to enjoy? Cats, dogs, chickens, pigs, donkeys….we didn’t want to come back home!

Quick weekend trip

Great Stay

The house was perfect for our family of four. Loved being able to adventure down to the creek and river and the property was extremely clean and comfortable. Host was friendly and helpful as well!

Perfect getaway

Stay at this place if you are ever in Franklin, Tennessee!!! It’s gorgeous and just a short drive to downtown Franklin and the First Bank amphitheater. We will definitely stay here again.

Conference Stay

Loved the location to nearby downtown yet felt distanced away from the city. Loved the trails to relax and the outdoors. Beds were super comfy. Very clean and tastefully decorated.

Wonderful little getaway!

Such a sweet little place. We got to see turkey and deer every day. The peaceful view of the porch was wonderful! The host family had baby chickens in the garage and we got to peek out each day to see them and my son loved that. Will definitely be back!

Perfect spot tucked in the woods!

We enjoyed our recent stay! The space was accommodating and comfortable. The porch was amazing! Great spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. We even got to enjoy a late night thunderstorm! The hosts were responsive and friendly, especially Maddie the host cat!! She greeted us on the porch every morning. This place was close to everything we needed and would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Superb Stay!

We enjoyed this stay so much, we hated to leave. It was truly a perfect hideaway from the Nashville scene we typically experience. Both the home and area were so beautiful. We were instantly greeted by the cutest fur baby, Maddie, the cat who I called Patches. We were able to walk down in the morning and greet the neighboring horse and donkeys as we enjoyed a cup of coffee. I am so excited to go back and stay here again. The host was very friendly and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Thank you for sharing your space with us Andrew! See you again soon!

Perfect for the 3 of us

Andrew's place was a perfect base camp for us as we had a lot of activities in the Franklin area over Easter weekend. The property was so attractive that I asked about plans to build something similar...it's a great guest quarters with all the amenities you would need and expect, as well as a few unexpected perks (like some complimentary K-Cups and an awesome shower!) We'll definitely keep this VRBO on our short list of places to stay in Franklin. Thanks!
