The booking and check out process was excellent. Communication was very good. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, even including an air fryer and crockpot! The views were spectacular and we will definitely be coming back! Thank you for a great stay!

Great view, kitchen had everything we needed, my kids loved the pool, close enough to a grocery store in case needed something. Overall we had a great weekend

Loved our stay! Our host was easy to reach beforehand, and we had no need to contact during our stay. The place was super clean and cozy. I loved the fact that it was an out- of-the-way location, with a wonderful view.

The view from the balcony was amazing! Bed, couch, and recliner were all very comfortable. Condo had everything we needed, and we cooked all meals there. Will come again in the future. The road was not bad... Just steep because it's on a mountain. It was paved and in excellent condition. We did not hear any noise from other units. We were lucky enough to see a mama bear and 2 cubs from the balcony!

I like that we're on top of the hills ,so we can see the beautiful views of the mountains ⛰️ I wish we could stay more days there to enjoy it. I would love to come back there and recommend to my Friends and family.

Fantastic place! Very welcoming and host was very informative and great. There was a bear hanging out by the main dumpster which made the stories more exciting! :) very clean and will definitely will be back!

We had shortages of toilet papers and one of shower was broken, which never fixed even after we asked for it. Other than that everything was okay.

This place was everything we could possibly need!! The view was AMAZING!! Our kids loved the pool and playground! Our stay was short so we didn’t use the kitchen to do cooking but we did notice it had everything we would have needed. Our only negative was it is a bottom unit so the noise from above was unwanted especially when trying to sleep.

Our stay was very positive. We enjoyed the solitude of the mountain environment. It could have been cleaner from my perspective, but I tend to dust where others don't even look and vaccum where furniture must be moved. When I reported this to the Host, he was was respectful, and received my criticism with grace and understanding. We recommend staying at this location if the mountains are calling you.

Overall, we were very happy with the condo. Please be aware that the condos in the 100 sections are basement level with two staircases down to that level. The beds were great, kitchen everything you could want and the view from the balcony was awe inspiring! I would go back. The road up is very curvy and you need to be careful on it.

Very nice vacation spot

Condo and resort amenities were very good host was excellent only knock i have and only reason it didn't get 5 stars was a dripping shower in main bedroom and small drip in kitchen sink could use a little up painting but other than that was great could have probably called and got drip fixed but just closed bathroom door and didnt hear it while sleeping highly recommend property

The condo was great, roomy and clean. View was awesome,The owner was very good with communication which to me is one of the most important things. The pool was just a few steps away and very warm, the sundeck was awesome with great views and firepits. There was several grills on the property. And there was a nice playground that also had grills a basketball court and indoor area with tables cornhole and a pingpong table. You can sit in there and hangout while the kids play if you choose. Very pleased with our stay.

These units are sprayed on a regular basis by the HOA, this property is in the mountains, bugs live in the Mountains. As for the Air Conditioner, it was taken care of in a very timely manner. It's unfortunate that he had this experience but is definitely not common. I believe he asked for a refund at least 10 times and since he was refused because we took care of the issues right away he is upset. He and his wife finished there stay at the condo after the Incidents were in the first day or 2 but they stayed 5 more nights. Just ask yourself could anything have made this guest happy. I think not.

Relaxing

The condo was beautiful and the view was amazing. The hosts were awesome. We had a couple issues but the host responded quickly and took care of us!!

The view is spectacular ! Well equipped in kitchen ! Beds need new mattresses . The host is very accessible and answered right away when I contacted him . Deer Ridge is a great place to stay with plenty amenities ! You will probably spot a bear on your stay !

The kitchen had everything you could need for cooking your own meals. Some of the pans could use replacing, but other than that everything was great. It was nice for my daughter to have separate bathrooms.

The property was well kept for the most part, good location games and park for kids very family friendly. In the room I had the only problems were the coffee table in the living room was very flimsy, the shower control knob kept coming off, and in the master bedroom when I turned on the night stand lights it blew a fuse. Other then that is was a great place to stay

Beautiful beautiful view!

This little condo was the perfect size for my mom, me, and my 17 year old son. The view is breathtaking. The clubhouse has a large heated pool, very hot hot tub, steam room and sauna. Pool was not very warm. There is a large deck with propane fire pits, tables and grills featuring the spectacular view. We had a lovely time

Mini vacation

The views are amazing. There was plenty for everyone to do from table tennis, corn hole, basketball and especially the indoor pool and hot tub. The condo could use some cosmetic updates but i would definitely stay here again. The drive up the mountain was beautiful and fun. I drove a honda pilot and my friend drove a honda civic and we had no issues. We saw a bear twice during our stay. Cant wait to go back. thremountain was fun.

View is amazing

The view of the mountains is amazing and one of the main reason we chose to stay here. The view did not disappoint. The apartment is nice, living room was comfortable. Bedrooms were spacious, but the mattresses were disappointing, could use an update as not very comfortable. Kitchen was nice and is fully equipped with pots, etc. Bring your own spices as I did not see any. We didn't cook meals here as we were out and about and so many nice restaurants to choose from. Overall nice stay.

The condo was very nice in general and we enjoyed it very much. If I might suggest two things be improved: the electrical plugs beside the recliner and behind it in the hall are so loose you can’t use them at all. Adapters and plugs just fall out of them making it hard to keep electronic devices plugged in while you work. Also, more butter knives, forks, and spoons need to be added to the kitchen. Thanks
