Very nice condo, the communication between the owners was smooth. Check in was easy, the condo was very clean. The location is close to the strip but it is a little bit of a walk. Overall nice place to stay, would recommend it.

Wonderful experience! We definitely would book this again. Close to everything so we could walk and leave our car at the room. The room was clean and the host was very clear about check in/out and was available to answer questions if any but everything was so nice we had no need to ask anything.

Place was great! Parking lot is on the same level which made for easy unloading. We got to see a bear in the parking lot! Very cute and nicely decorated. Not too far of a walk to the convention center. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place for our trip. Great space for two people, easy access to get anywhere you want to go. Can easily walk to downtown if you like. We would definitely rent the condo again.

The property is very clean and is as the picture show. Has a nice pool and very close to everything you need. Price was great would definitely stay again. The host is great with communication.

This condo was exactly as pictured! It was so cute and extremely clean! The balcony was nice to sit on and watch the squirrels out and about in the mornings. The hosts are the sweetest and really go the extra mile !

Our stay at Out of the Blue was great! The condo is clean, the bed is comfortable and is in walking distance of all the activities in Gatlinburg. No need to fight the traffic in town. William and Renee are very responsive if anything is needed. If we visit Gatlinburg in the future we will definitely be staying here!

We had the perfect stay! We walked to downtown but also found it pretty easy to drive down and park for the day so we could unload bags, etc. The property was quiet and clean. However likely due to the time of year there was no pool - or place to purchase drinks / vending machines on the property that we could find.

Our stay at Out of the Blue was perfect. The Host's were very communicative and provided clear directions for check in/out. The room was very clean and well furnished. The host even reached out during the stay to check on us and make sure everything was good. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved the place

The place was clean, neat and had everything we needed the steps were a little much for my aunt but she is 81 we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back

Beautiful condo! Just as described. The bed was very comfortable, and the balcony was very relaxing at the end of the day. Short walk too the strip, and the owners even sent a message, making sure that everything was ok once we got there. Would definitely stay there again!!

Location was awesome! It was walking distancing to town but also very close to the park and several hiking trails. The host helped out right away when our code would not work. The host was very accommodating and available whenever needed.
