The home had plenty of space for our family to gather and visit, which we really appreciated. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the hot tub was ready to enjoy when we arrived. The ping pong/pool table was a fun addition, and having TVs in every room was nice. The owner was also polite, responsive, and easy to communicate with.Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue. While the home was very tidy, it didn’t feel thoroughly clean. We encountered two dead roaches to pick up, ants in the kitchen, and carpeting that could really use a deep cleaning. The kitchen was also lacking some basic supplies, such as dish soap, dish towels or extra paper towels. The Keurig was inoperable, and the ice maker needed to be defrosted before we could use it.Overall, the home has a lot of positives, especially for families or groups wanting space to spend time together. With more attention to deep cleaning, pest control, basic supplies, and appliance maintenance, it could be a much better experience. I would likely stay again.

The host was very responsive and very involved in ensuring our stay went well from before check in. We loved the house amenities and space. More kitchenware was needed for hosting larger groups (our additional family members came andate with us for the holiday) but we brought additional kitchenware from home just in case. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on. There were a few minor incidental fixes (wall smudges/scrapes/railing) needed and a few carpet stains on stairway but overall the house was a nice, and clean home and in a nice neighborhood.

Definitely A Phenomenal Property

The whole process of booking this property was super seamless. The host responded immediately to any questions I had. The property itself was out of this world amazing. From the time you enter the neighborhood it felt like home. The neighbors were friendly. The property itself was the best property I’ve stay at hands down. Everything was amazing super great for hosting. The game room the hot tub and the master suite simply phenomenal. Every guest loved their room. This unit is super spacious and very accommodating for big families. I truly loved everything about my stay here. Looking forward to booking again.

Good

we had a good time, home was beautiful. My only concern was that there was a sensor that would keep every minute and it was hard for my whole party to ignore it and sleep, I tried to contact the host but I didn’t get any response. other than that, it was great

Checkin Process

Communication was slow we didn’t have our checkin information for over an hour after the checkin time. This information should have been sent immediately after the payment was sent and the confirmation was emailed. The Kitchen can use more serving dish items to accommodate bigger parties. The home was beautiful and clean. just needs better communication between the host and the customer.
