The property had everything that was listed. Check in was easy so was check out. You can tell there are many protections against parties as this home seems to be geared towards larger crowds

Thank you for your review! We’re glad our Arlene property had everything you expected and that check-in and checkout were easy. You’re correct—the home comfortably accommodates larger groups, and its beautiful setting can unfortunately also attract people looking to host parties, which we strictly prohibit and take steps to prevent. We disclose this policy in multiple places throughout our listing and guest communications to make expectations clear before arrival. These reminders are standard for all reservations and help prevent party-related bookings that could lead to a disruption during the stay. Our goal is to avoid surprises and ensure a smooth experience for our guests while respecting our neighbors. We appreciate your understanding and would be happy to welcome you back!

The property was accommodating and provided us with everything that was needed. The only issue was a little ant problem. Other than that, definitely 5 stars.

Thank you for your kind review and for the 5-star confidence! We're glad our Arlene property 2770214 provided everything your group needed for a comfortable stay. Regarding the ants, the property is on a regular professional pest control plan and no ants were present prior to your arrival. Following your stay, our pest control vendor inspected the property and noted that he found coffee grounds spilled around the coffee maker area, which must have attracted ants that likely entered through the kitchen door. Once the area was cleaned again, the ants were completely gone. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention and hope to welcome you back again!

Great place for families

We stayed for a week long trip with small kids. The house was very spacious, clean kids loved the movie room! Dad loved the hot tub, it was something for everyone. We had a small hiccup with the lights but the property manager was great, communicated professionally and quickly to resolve the issue. Its a great property everything is as shown in the pictures.

Great location and plenty of room. Loved the backyard and kitchen. The main floor was very unsafe for my 1 year old and we had to move furniture blocking the stairs. A baby gate would be nice. Also, the bed and pillow quality was very poor. Everything else was great. Would stay here again, but with older children.

Dear Laura, Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us — we’re so glad you enjoyed the location, spacious layout, backyard, and kitchen. As shown in the listing photos and description, our home has multiple levels, steps, and decks without child gates. We don’t advertise child gates, and would have been happy to discuss this in advance if asked. All our mattresses are high-quality, and our pillows are hypoallergenic and replaced as needed. We’re sorry if the firmness was not to your liking and understand that guests may have different preferences. We’re glad to hear you would stay again and hope to welcome you back in the future when your little one is a bit older.

Nice spacious house 15 minutes from Stone Mountain

This rental has three bedrooms upstairs, 3 sets of bunk beds for children and a nice layout. They have a movie room in the basement and a hot tub on the back porch. It had a bunch of room to spread out over the house. We would stay here again.
